This is the hotel with the worst service attitude I've ever stayed in. 1: I booked two rooms and checked in together. I had to pay the deposit separately. After paying the deposit, I checked out. I didn’t give a proper refund. I only refunded the deposit for one room. I didn’t answer the phone and hung up. , and finally had no way to call Ctrip to complain, so the hotel took the initiative to contact Ctrip and asked for a lot of information before refunding the deposit; 2: The hotel obviously has charging piles, but all the cars parked there are gasoline trucks. And the strangest thing is that there are empty parking spaces next to the charging piles. A parking lot with hundreds of parking spaces already has one-third of the cars parked, but there are only a third of the cars parked there. When I reported it to the front desk, they said it had always been like this before and they would improve it in the future. This was a quality issue, right? 3: You are in a five-star hotel, and there are only two 260ml bottles of mineral water in one room. You called the front desk to ask for it, but you were still reluctant to give it to me, and finally gave it to you after saying something unpleasant; 4: In a five-star hotel, there is no razor in the room. I called the front desk and asked the front desk that they didn’t have any. I said I was recording audio. You said your five-star hotel doesn’t have razors, right? I was convinced. I booked a room through Ctrip’s regular channel, but when I got to you, it was divided into three, six, and nine. Do I have to book a normal room at your front desk? If you don't want to order online, don't place your order online. The orders you place online are treated differently as special rooms. Isn't this a proper criticism of the Ctrip platform? "I came in through the inner window. Outside the window was a utility room. The auntie was moving things inside and it was very noisy. The wash basin was not placed properly. I didn't know where the water on the countertop flowed. It flowed directly to the ground and got wet. The weather was 10 degrees, and the hotel didn't turn on the heating. I could only turn on the air conditioner. There were no ventilation windows. I could only sleep with the air conditioner on at 10 degrees. I couldn't sleep well all night. It was noisy when I opened the inner window. There was no water pipe to flush the toilet. How did the auntie usually flush the toilet? Just wipe it with a rag? It wouldn't be so clean this way. It's not a free parking lot managed by the hotel. It's a roadside parking lot. First come first served. If there's no parking lot on the roadside, there's no parking lot."
