We had a lovely plat du jour here. Warm and friendly staff could not have been more welcoming. Home cooked food and good wine. A very French setting -over looking the River Seine. The perfect evening. Dogs very welcome. We sat outside because we wanted the view but could have gone indoors if the weather had turned.

We stayed for a night in the hotel. We had a large room which was almost like an apartment. Free parking and nice located in the city center next to the Seine and the castle is walking distance. Several restaurants also nearby and a good bakery. Wifi was not always so good but ok. Hotel is very charming with a nice yard. Here is also a restaurant. We only had a bottle of wine and the meat and cheese platter which was enough for dinner. Perhaps not that cheap but also not too expensive.

Restaurant only.....location and setting lovely....in a garden overlooking the Seine...however... Food bland and vastly overpriced and service dreadful. Worst meal we have had in France. I suspect the food was microwaved.....

The restaurant is set in a garden adjacent to the River Seine facing west so we had a delightful sunset with reflections across the river. However, the plat du jour was like a cottage pie with a rocket salad followed by ice cream or apple pie. The hostess only had rose wine but no price list so we ordered two bottles and two bottles of water. Our bill was nearly 200 euros which everyone thought was very expensive. When we went to pay the bill the chap who was then paying his bill said “that was the worst meal we have had in France and the wine was terrible”. I could only agree wholeheartedly with his sentiments.

We only used the courtyard restaurant, we did not stay there. It is rare I review places, but the food was so poor I feel I must comment. The menu was limited and we felt pushed into ordering certain things. When it arrived, it was 100% supermarket prepared meals and we definitely could hear the microwave ping in the kitchen. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointing it was, and it was extremely expensive for what we received.

Nessuna risposta.. È lunedi , quasi tutto chiuso...ordiniamo.."paella" in perfetto idioma valenciano...ribatte " si pronuncia ..PAELLA.."....no comment..
