What a super location, ski in and out, restaurants nearby and a spa and pool within. Nice reception area, super rooms and facilities but really must sort out the noisy chairs and tables that people like to move around at 6am. Also, the ground floor (5th) has no carpet, but yet the staff allow everyone walk around in ski boots to get to the lifts and exit doors. Can be very noisy at certain times!!

We stayed here for 4 nights in February. Pros: - the bathroom was modern, and clean on arrival - the size of the room was good - storage inside the room is good - good location for ski in / ski out - modern rooms Cons: - reception closed for most of the day, they work strange and limited hours, not overly warm when you ask questions - advertised as having a sauna (one of the reasons we booked it) but limited to being open a few hours a day, must book first, tried to use it but after 16:00 it is chargeable and no one was around at reception / spa to try and book it when we wanted to use it… - only one toilet roll per stay? We were looked at gone out by reception team when we asked for another - not even a bar of soap or basic shower gel to wash yourself with on arrival. Seems like something that is fairly standard but not given here. - lifts temperamental, one small lift down a corridor took forever to arrive - having to clean your own room at the end, a bit strange - some of the crockery was not clean in our kitchen, when I went to use it, I had to wash it up first - you have to ***** your own bed and sort your own trash on leaving - had to wait 6 days for our deposit to be refunded to us after asking at reception “we will refund once we have checked your room” - room dusty under bed - sofa had some questionable marks and sofa cushions slipped a lot - beds rock hard and uncomfortable - room temperature appears to be centrally controlled, not ideal when you come back after skiing and want warm radiators. Should be able to control the temp of your own room but radiators were on at strange times Perhaps we have misunderstood the type of accommodation but having stayed in self-catering / room only apartments before I would still at least expect basics like toilet roll and a soap dispenser The stay was ok but as per the points above. Theres a restaurant on site but it’s quite a walk up the hill to get to a livelier area at night time. Would not rebook again

We’ve just stayed here for half term week and was a little worried having read some of the recent reviews but we had a really enjoyable stay. All the staff including the ski hire shop were very friendly (though we didn’t try the restaurant so can’t comment on that). The rooms (we had 4 people in a 2 bed appt) were pretty much to be expected. The beds were a little firmer than we have at home but we had no problems sleeping and also were never cold. We never experienced any issues with the lift though were in the main block and it is totally ski in/out into a blue run. All in all a great holiday though you need to realise that you do need to empty the bin and clean the kitchen when you leave but this is fairly standard in ski resort. My only minor complaint is the pool is too shallow but I’m just being picky and it would be great for small children. Top tips would be to try the restaurant just below the main block - vallee gourmand and also the Carrefour opposite is super handy but the one up in Croisette is larger and better stocked.

Our week ends in 2 days yet we are still waiting for all the bedding we have been promised 3 times. We would have complained more frequently but for the entire period the lift has worked for 5 hours meaning we have to decend 6 flights down and 6 flights up to discuss with the complacent management team.

AVOID! Hearing centrally controlled and rooms are very cold. We had to buy blankets. The heater never came on once in the living area. Blocks A, B and C are NOT ski-in/ski-out as you have to take your skis off to jump over a stream to get to the piste from the boot room. Room was not clean on arrival - we were missing bed sheets and the towels had human faeses on them. You get one loo roll on arrival but not even a bar of soap to wash your hands (not helpful if you arrive late and can’t nip to the shop in time). Kitchen equipment (knives/corkscrew) very poor. We had to buy our own. Reception only open few hours a day. There is nowhere to store luggage on arrival/departure day. Staff not helpful - for example it took over 24 hours to get clean towels to be able to have a shower. Apparently it’s 4 star - but guess that was on a rating from some time ago, or they had all their ducks in a row on inspection day. Great potential but very dated and let down by poor running/management. Certainly would not classify it as 4 star - not even close!
