B&B Villa Preziosa Lago Maggiore

We stayed with a group of friends. We were supposed to be four couples, but unfortunately one couldn't make it. There are only four rooms, so we would have had the whole house to ourselves. Regardless, we had a wonderful time. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and very charming. The breakfast room is a very convivial space, and we even stayed after dinner to chat. The outdoor area is being renovated, and for the summer, there will also be a swimming pool and a working hot tub. The house has convenient indoor parking and is located on the main road next to a supermarket. We never met the owner, but Mrs. Silvana was very kind and always present at breakfast.

Mycket trevligt boende med tillgång till privat strand. Poolen stängd vilket den inte skulle vara. Spännande infart från trafikerad gata med låst grind.

I spent a weekend as a couple in the villa. There are some things that could be improved. The bathroom is missing bidet towels. For two nights, that is, two whole days, there was only a small sample of shower gel each. Luckily, there's a supermarket nearby where we bought our bathing essentials. The towels weren't changed, and the breakfast was meager. I expected something more. As for the bed, it's comfortable and the room is quiet.

Friendly welcome, very clean, beautiful garden and comfortable modern room in the style of the house. The location is on a busy road, but you can walk via a small side street to a small beach on the lake. At breakfast, we missed some fruit, cornflakes, or an egg. The lady who served it was super sweet and attentive.

We stayed in this villa for one night. The owner, who gave us check-in instructions via WhatsApp, was very helpful and courteous. The room was beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed. The villa has a well-maintained exterior with parking (which is not a given) and is just a short walk from Stresa. The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I recommend it.

Mooie villa met zwembad en privé parking. Mooie nette kamer maar badkamer aan de zee kleine kant. De kamer die wij hadden had geen balkon of mogelijkheid om zwemgerief te drogen te hangen. Is gelegen pal langs supermercato wat top is en op 400m top restaurant....

abbiamo pernottato qui 3 notti con amici. luogo davvero carino, parcheggio interno, poche camere, titolare simpatico e loquace, con il quale si ci intrattiene volentieri x due chiacchiere. colazione buona e abbondante, e preparata all'istante da Silvana . stava allestendo una piscina con gazebo, che sarà la ciliegina sulla torta !! lo consiglio vivamente. prezzi decisamente in linea con la struttura. camere con frigo e aria condizionata

Maison très bien entretenue et bien située.. A 10 minutes de Stresa et d"Arona.. hotes très accueillants.. grande surface à proximité.. chambre très propre et parking privé Petits déjeuners plus que corrects Entrée avec code Rien de negatif

B&B di fascino. Splendida Villa con giardino e parcheggio coperto e scoperto interno. Stanza accogliente, romantica e pulitissima.Letto e cuscini comodi.Colazione ottima e completa dal salato al dolce. Gentili tutti. Unica pecca (ma non è colpa loro, bensì la posizione sulla via Sempione) nonostante l'insonorizzazione delle ottime e moderne finestre e i miei tappi per le orecchie, si sentivano le moto e la mattina presto i furgoni del ritiro spazzatura.
