除了服務還行其他全是槽點
1：洗澡沒有涼拖鞋
2:洗澡的噴頭連結不緊密，還漏水。
3：最不能接受的就是第三點，酒店提供的浴巾和毛巾質量太差，洗完澡使用毛巾擦拭，毛巾上的棉絮粘在身上！連續換了兩條毛巾和浴巾，都是如此。衹能重新洗，用紙巾擦拭！！

前台客服態度很好，很熱情，酒店距離張公山很近，停車也很方便，但是！！！酒店的衞生是真的有待改進！入住後第一個房間床單上有沒洗乾淨的血漬，可能是負責清洗的公司問題，前台很快給我們更換了房間，但是衞生間環境還是有待改進，另外，建議以後在衞生間放一雙拖鞋，我是光着腳洗完的澡。

這是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一，評價衹是想提醒一下想訂這個酒店的人們，三思三思，第一：到酒店需要提行李走一層樓多的樓梯（樓梯很陡），如果行李很重就很考驗你的手臂力量，因為沒有提穩很有可能把行李摔下去，第二：進酒店就能聞到很大很大的味道，酒店前台説酒店是去年裝修的，第三：打開房間第一瞬間迎來的是一股很大很大的味道，想打開窗户，沒有安裝紗倉，蚊子太多就不敢打開窗户，衹能開着空調，把温度調到很低，味道稍微好一點，第四：酒店房間床，床墊，電器，空調，馬桶，牙刷都是用的質量很差很差的，如果以上都能接受，第五：停車在地面過道旁，早上退房找酒店前台錄車牌，酒店前台給了我一張停車卡，讓我出門給門口保安，出門給保安停車卡還讓我付款三十元停車費，問酒店説是的我還需要付款三十元停車費，直接無語😓，因為四月三十日我們去的時候已經晚上九點左右了，不想住這裏可是酒店不給我們退房，沒辦法衹能住這裏，但真的太差了，真實體驗感受，希望大家三思

整體的裝修風格超有範兒，一進門彷彿穿越回中古時代，每個角落都像電影場景，隨手一拍都是氛圍感大片！服務更是沒得説，雖然節假日人多，等房時小小“加載”了一會兒，但酒店貼心提供了舒適的休息區，正好趁時間規劃下晚餐吃什麼，時間一下就“快進”過去了～ 入住時的小驚喜直接暖到心坎裏——免費咖啡和特調雞尾酒任選，簡直是把小酒吧搬進了酒店～房間乾淨得發光，智能馬桶、高清投影各種寶藏設備配齊，懶人躺平黨表示：來了根本不想走！

很愉快的一次住宿體驗。酒店的位置無敵，周邊生活氣息濃厚，吃飯購物都極方便。前台服務響應迅速，態度友好。房間不算特別大但佈置得很温馨，重點是乾淨無異味，床墊和枕頭都很舒服。洗衣房和歡迎咖啡這類增值服務，讓入住體驗超出了這個價位酒店的預期。
