The service was awesome. They are so so nice...the room are very warm for the winter, the beds and pillows are comfortable. We had a good sleep. They tried to cater to everything you need. Breakfast IS also taste good. Chinese style, but they have jam and toast. The coffee provided free all day and quite a nice one. Does not taste bitter. It's such a nice expérience. I would recommend the garden room or the duplex if they have the availability. But the normal room IS also nice. My kids love their stay here

The staff was very welcoming and hotel room is very nice. Breakfast was provided as well. Hotel staff gave recommendations on attractions and local food that was really good and affordable. Excellent service from them!

The girl at the desk was very nice! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had the breakfast and it was very good.

The reception and staff were so friendly and helpful to our needs. Even walking out to help us direct the taxi drivers to the hotel. Location was great, as we needed to catch an early train the next day. Lots of food options near the area.

Except the location was hard to find (though it's actually close to the train station, the hotel signage was not obvious and wrongly advertised in trip.com so I's lost and went to the wrong shopping mall as misled by trip.co web site.) in general very satisfied with the indoor facilities as its and well maintained in a garden like environment. Breakfast was brief and simple but delicious and well served.
