We regret that we were not able to give you a perfect stay experience. , after seeing your review feedback, the hotel general manager paid great attention to it and went to the room to check as soon as possible. The room is close to the atrium. The windows are double-layer insulating glass. The carpet in the room was completely cleaned three weeks ago. There is a little coffee on the ground. There are stains (which cannot be dealt with after repeated cleaning). Our plan is to replace the carpet in 2024. It is really impossible to completely replace the carpet if there is a little pollution. Bedding and supplies are strictly replaced for each guest. The bedside towels and pillows are painted in ink colors. Please feel free to use it. The carpet in the room was cleaned with disinfectant and decontamination agent.
