Staff very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. The room had a good size balcony, microwave, hob and basic utensils. Bed and pillows excellent. Breakfast sufficient and well presented. I had a meal in the restaurant one evening and it was very good. The hotel decor is brilliant and public areas are spacious and comfortable. It was less than 15 mins walk to the metro and the Pierre Mauroy stadium was about a 25 mins safe walk. Would definitely stay there again.

Accommodation was great for our needs. Rooms lovely and clean and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was a great location for attending an event at the Decathlon Arena and an easy walk. Breakfast was good too, although very busy. It’s a shame there was no bar open either before or after our evening at the arena

Hotel has a very Cozy Design, Reception is very Welcoming Rooms are Cool , Ergonomic, New Look, Clean and Comfortable Room Service is Discrete and on Time Breakfast is rich and delicious Location is Practical for Work but also close to Green Parks Recommended !

The place is confortable, with a pretty good decoration, great share spaces indoor and outdoor, easy check-in process, helpful and nice agents. Easy outdoor parking. One bad point: Breakfast, very expensive 16€, room was dark at 8 am, no agent present, eggs were cold, no juices, no bread, viennoiserie were old, dry, very poor buffet for this level of pricing (equal to a Radisson Blue breakfast pricing and very far from their quality of buffet)

Great find for a short overnight stay on our way to the tunnel. After finally working out the instructions for entry to this rather large complex, we were greeted by a super young man, who made us feel very welcome and recommended a nearby restaurant, as the one onsite is closed weekends. Room was clean, well decorated and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony.

We booked an apartment as we were staying with our 3 cats, it was 2 lovely huge spaces, with great views for cat staring. Nice helpful staff, and great atmosphere/public spaces. Look at photo of the reception before you arrive as it’s not very obvious, nor well lit and for satnav make sure it’s Lesquin as there are two streets with the same name near Lille. Food from restaurant not good, though instant as it had been cooked, then reheated. But altogether lovely place to stay.
