Premier Inn Letchworth Garden City

I have visited this hotel on a number of occasions and would thoroughly recommend it. The Duty Manager Pete is knowledgeable, helpful and amenable and always ready to help in any way and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. In fact all members of the team are friendly and helpful and it is a well run hotel. Rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The cooked breakfast is always of a high quality and the poached eggs are cooked to perfection so compliments to the lady who was cooking last week! Letchworth itself is a good base to explore the area and the nearby towns. The train station is just a few minutes walk away and with frequent trains into London and Cambridge it’s easy to travel around the area. wonderful people staffing the hotel. Enjoyable breakfast offering & comfortable, friendly space. Very well priced breakfast with lots of choices on offer. Worth a visit for a breakfast and a wander around Letchworth. In walking distance of town, parks & the wynd.

We regularly use this hotel as my daughter attends a musical theatre associates close by once a month. We look forward to our stays as the staff are always incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. All areas within the hotel are incredibly well maintained and clean. It is just a 5 min walk from Letchworth train station from where London Kings Cross Station can be reached easily and quickly. Letchworth Garden City is a lovely quiet and gentle town with lots of eateries and places to grab a coffee and watch the world go by. A really relaxing stay. Highly recommend!!!!

My friend and I came to Letchworth for the weekend to attend a mini school reunion. We shared a twin room, which was comfortable and provided everything you would expect from a premier inn. Pete the concierge was an absolute delight, he is very knowledgeable about the area, and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our trip. Please note premier Inns you have a gem there, treasure him. All staff were friendly and polite, and hotel was clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the PI, Letchworth from Feb 5th to Feb 15th. Our stay was longer than anticipated due to a family trauma. The staff went over and above to support and accommodate us during this stressful time. (Aileen and Pete in particular). Kindness and sympathy were shown in abundance.

Gorgeous room, bed was unbelievably comfortable, so much extra space. The bathroom was spotless with a lovely shower that looked brand new! Room was a little chilly when we arrived but the heating is so easy to figure out with the provided instructions. The breakfast was lovely, eggs cooked to order how you asked for them and all round a really friendly team. We were served by a bearded and tattooed gentleman (manager I would have guessed) and he was absolutely delightful, so attentive and kind. We only stayed because of a family event nearby and considering it was both our cheapest and BEST premier inn experience, we will definitely stay again next time we visit family!
