"Nice enough hotel. AC rooms which is a blessing when you're returning from the Amazon, a nice restaurant, excellent breakfast, and extremely friendly staff. The hotel itself is pretty basic so don't expect frills of any sort. The wifi is terrible, you have to move around in the lounge area (no AC, happy mozzies!) to find the best signal. I would give it 3 stars but the staff is so friendly and helpful (a special shout out to the restaurant manager at breakfast) and the fact that there is WiFi at all ups this to a more deserving 4 stars! Will definitely stay here if I'm ever in Leticia again."

"The place is lovely and clearly well cared for. Everything was clean, comfortable, and matched our expectations for the price. The pool was in great condition and nicely located close to the cabins. We had a great stay overall. The breakfast was varied, and each day they made an effort to introduce us to a new tropical fruit or local dish, which was a really nice touch. We also appreciated the freedom to arrange our own excursions, and it was easy and inexpensive to get to the city by tuk-tuk. The staff were always incredibly helpful and attentive, doing everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible."

"The price was cheap, it had a kitchen and clothes racks—the first time I'd seen this in two months of travel. The service was good, breakfast was served but it was rather basic, there was no hot water, and air conditioning required an extra charge."

"If you're visiting Leticia, I highly recommend this hotel. It's quite good for the area in terms of hygiene and facilities. The staff are friendly and patient in answering your questions. The tours we booked at the hotel were also available by credit card, and the prices were the same as the online bookings, even better. The owner even took us to the meeting point. Also, let me tell you about the white Labrador. He followed us whenever we left the hotel at night, barking at people dressed in rags and even helping to keep other dogs away. He would also wait quietly while we bought things. We ate two dinners at the hotel; the prices were similar to eating out, but the food was excellent."

"Wonderful apartments with all amenities, wonderful owners and staff! The rooms have absolutely everything you need. Comfortable bathroom, bed, sofas, armchairs, quiet air conditioning, kitchen, stove, refrigerator with water, set of dishes, excellent Wi-Fi, TV. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The booking includes a free transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. The hosts helped with organizing the holiday and found a good guide. "I was very disappointed with the hotel service. We were in the town and looked for a hotel that we could enjoy after being on our jungle tour. We were shown a spacious room with a king sized bed and lots of space it was perfect. When we returned to the hotel we were given a terrible room on the third door curtain rod fell off when we tried to close the blinds, wifi connection did was poor, very limited space and open window with a bug flying in it. It was nothing like the original room we were shown. I would rate that room 1 out of 5. We asked to be moved one group was allowed to but my husband and I were told there were no other rooms. There was one person who spoke English but he wouldn’t help. I was very dissatisfied with the service. I decided to check online and various rooms were still available. I went back to the front desk and was ignored. Really disrespectful and poor service. We eventually got a room on the first floor. The pool was nice and so was the room. Everyone in are party was tired and just wanted to rest. I would not recommend this hotel the stress and the lack of service was not worth are time. This incident caused our group stress and wasted over an hour of our time. I did not like being lied to there was plenty of rooms available we were only staying one night. Unfortunately I do not have a picture of the 3rd floor room. It was less than 1/2 the size of the 1st floor room and the king size bed barely fit the room."

"We stayed here for three nights March 26. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The location was great and the gardens well maintained and pretty, the pool was a refreshing break after a full day exploring the Amazon. The room was ok quite basic, clean and the bed comfortable. However, the resort overall lacked atmosphere and the food was quite dreadful. Having looked at previous reviews we weren’t expecting this. They offer a full menu at lunchtime and a paired down version in the evening. Our stay had to be booked on a half board basis so we could only have the paired down dinner included in our booking along with breakfast. We tried a number of options and were disappointed at every meal bland and inedible at best. We opted to eat out on our last night and declined the breakfast on the last day. In summary, the hotel is the best in the area so a good base to explore the area but I suggest eating out. Reasonably priced."
