"After staying for the first day, we asked the cleaning lady to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, and we went out. When we came back, we saw that they were not changed, so we asked the front desk. The front desk clerk made various excuses, saying that the auntie had gone off work. He was the only woman in the whole hotel, so we asked the security guard to change them. Do you think it is appropriate? We are in Vienna, we wanted to change rooms, we clearly saw two rooms of the same type online, the front desk lied and said we couldn't change rooms, they said there were no rooms left, we said we had found two more, the front desk was hesitant and couldn't come up with any more lies, so we had to ask the leader for help, we said go ahead, the front desk said it was too late and the leader had fallen asleep, we said let's check out then, we couldn't sleep in a dirty room, the front desk said the room fee had been deducted and it couldn't be refunded! After waiting for a long time, it was almost eleven o'clock. My boyfriend went downstairs to find the front desk and asked them to change the room. When he opened the room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes. I thought something was on fire! The matter is still under investigation and has not been resolved yet."
