The Stirling Brasserie offers all day dining with contemporary dishes for all tastes in warm, modern surroundings and is perfect for every occasion, while the Allt-yr-Afon restaurant serves relaxed refined cuisine in a classy, timeless decor. The Stirling Afternoon Tea and Cream Tea is also served in our Brasserie throughout the day, 7 days a week.. All of our food is created with passion and care boasting the finest ingredients.
An array of relaxing treatments can be experienced in our exclusive Spa with outdoor jacuzzi and Sauna pod, you can help yourself to fresh water and hot drinks or relax with a cocktail in the thermal suite. The hotel welcomes well behaved dogs in their Cariad rooms and the stunning woodland walks located on the doorstep are perfect for all of our four legged guests.

Lauryn and all the staff could not have done enough for us. We had our wedding meal and celebrations in the Garden room and it was perfect from start to finish. We loved the bright and openness of this room as soon as we were shown around. Lauryn made us feel so reassured throughout the planning and pointed us in the direction of some really good recommendations and ideas. All our guests commented on how wonderful the food was! We knew this being regular Sunday visitors! The service was impeccable and there was always staff on hand to help out. Thanks again for a wonderful experience as always. We highly recommend this venue to anyone! Many thanks Red & Claire x

We had the pleasure of staying here overnight on a long drive and ferry journey back from Ireland. What a wonderful place. Clean, courteous and very comfortable. Will definitely return - and we definitely recommend!

Where do I start! Firstly, another spa called Wolf Castle the best place to get a massage and I now know why! I went to the spa on the 29th and when I say it was the best experience I’ve had from many spa’s, I MEAN IT! Beth made us feel extremely welcome and relaxed, frequently asked us whether we wanted any drinks and also gave us a tour around the wedding venue! I had the back, shoulders and neck, a facial and foot massage in the package. She was so thorough, her technique was incredible and pressure was perfect! I felt so heard when I told her my areas of concerns I.E skin issues and painful parts of my back. Honestly by the end of the hour I felt like I had melted into the bed and walked away feeling like I got way more than my moneys worth! Can guarantee that I will be a regular! Thank you!

This hotel is worth the trip for the food alone. Truly sublime tempura prawns. Great welcome and the staff were so kind about my son who was in hospital at the time. Great service too. Room was pleasant and contained everything needed. Would thoroughly recommend.

Booked a double room and dining at the bistro for the evening.a lovely relaxing ambiance in the whole hotel service was fabulous the menu was very varied and the food was outstanding so well prepared and delicious we have eaten and stayed here many times and love the experience every time

Booked 2 rooms for a wedding next year over the phone , only to find that only 1 room had been booked ! Extremely disappointing as it was for a wedding , receptionist apologetic but completely clueless about who took booking !

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the wonderful staff at Wolfscastle Hotel and Spa for the amazing care that they took of us all at my daughters hen party on Saturday the 9 th of August 2025. They really listened to what we wanted and this led to an incredible, amazing and fun experience for us all leaving us with wonderful memories. The food was also fabulous and of such a high standard.
