Pension Bärenwirt

Everything was disappointing!!! First of all they do not keep their agreements, when booking it said with towels so not you can do it with 2 towels pp for 10 days!! everything was just dirty and then they say cleaned but not, mold in bathroom, shower rod broken so you could not hang the shower head but you can shower with the head in your hand and then it is still so dirty, 1 lamp only hanging in the bathroom so you have no light in the shower bath because there is a wall in front of it and you can shower in the dark with the shower head in your hands, the step into the bath is so high that you almost break your neck especially if you are disabled I have to get help to get in and out of the bath / shower the mold in the bath is just dirty just never cleaned properly, in the living room bedroom kitchen there was so much dust, fluff everywhere on the floor, curtain rod was just crooked and loose, knives in the kitchen just dirty not cleaned on the wall dust cobwebs on the wall, kitchen tap was loose and I can tell you a lot more I called key-one because they are originally the landlord and they would come and have a look on Thursday to give us another room I have that in writing but on Thursday nobody came and the owner of the restaurant said that also nobody came they didn't think it was necessary we called and emailed again but they kept saying with an excuse we don't understand you, then they'll get rid of it too finally they wanted to pay us 5% of the amount we paid of almost 1800 euros back that is only 90 euros and they didn't agree with this and couldn't do anything for us we even left 6 days earlier we didn't even get that money back from key-one via booking also tried but they couldn't do anything so lovely people the food was not that great either, they did their best but on the 2nd day a lot was already gone, spread butter past the expiration date said something about it, the next day you get the butter out of the packaging put on a plate just...

The "Bärenwirt" - with Sarah and Andy and their team are simply fantastic! Our journey from Hamburg with the DB was extremely bumpy (our train was cancelled and we couldn't get our bikes with us), so our week-long Isar cycle tour was in danger of being cancelled before it had even begun - the DB had no solution and no help whatsoever for us - but luckily for us was the "Bärenwirt and his team". They did everything possible to ensure that we could still go on our planned Isar cycle tour as planned. We stayed with Sarah and Andy for two nights and there is probably no more relaxing and beautiful holiday destination than yours in the middle of the mountains, close to the Leutaschklamm gorge, with culinary delights from breakfast to dinner, with very cosy rooms, super comfortable beds and with such helpful guesthouse hosts!!! If you are looking for a holiday destination where everything is just right - then you have come to the right place! The "Bärenwirt" in Leutasch with Sarah and Andy is the right place! Nettes Restaurant (auch wenn die Inneneinrichtung nicht ganz so unseren Geschmack trifft). Die Lage an der Klamm inkl. tollem Blick ist im Sommer definitiv einen Besuch wert. Das Angebot am Speisen und Getränken ist völlig im Ordnung; von traditionell bis Burger alles dabei. Auch für das süße leibliche Wohl ist gesorgt. Wir hatten einen sehr leckeren Kalbsburger und die Knödel Trilogie. Beides wirklich top. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein leckerer Cappuccino hat den Abend abgerundet.

Albergo tipico austriaco in mezzo alla natura, vista camera a la montagna incantevole, il personale della reception e restaurant gentilissimi, tutti giovani educati e simpatici. Anche ci hanno dato una mano quando abbiamo avuti problemi con la macchina. Piccola vacanza super super gradevole. Ahhhhh con la mezza pensione abbiamo fatto bingo.
