Hotel Address: Martelarenlaan 10 Location: Just a 2-minute walk from Leuven train station, and very close to the city center. Facilities: The room was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning. Service: The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Guest Suggestions: The room was quite small, really tiny actually, and there was no kettle. Reason to recommend: Excellent location, convenient for getting around, and easy access to Brussels. It felt much safer than Brussels, and offered good value for money.

Great for a budget hotel. Really friendly staff. Wi-Fi, breakfast, daily room service. The only disadvantage is the train station nearby. In terms of noise, that was not an issue, with closed windows you can’t hear the trains.

The hotel's location is great, right next to the train station. However, the facilities are quite old, and the water temperature in the bathroom kept fluctuating between hot and cold.

The hotel looks good, but not luxurious. Very close to the train station and there is a grocery store just below the hotel. The room has two narrow single beds, with a shower room and a separate wc. No refrige. The room is cozy and small, but was fine for one person. I heard some sounds from the trains, but was not loud. Overall, it was a good value for money!

We recently stayed at the ibis budget Leuven Centrum for a short work trip, and overall, it met our basic needs. The location near the train station was convenient for getting around quickly, which was helpful given our tight schedule. Check-in was easy, and the staff we interacted with were polite and efficient. Our rooms were simple and compact, as expected for a budget hotel, but they were clean and had the essentials—comfortable enough beds, functional showers, and a generally quiet environment for resting after long workdays. The limited space meant it wasn’t ideal for spending much time in the room, but it worked fine for sleeping and getting ready each day. Amenities were minimal, and the interior felt a bit worn, though nothing that negatively affected our stay. For a short, no-frills work visit, the hotel was adequate. If you’re looking mainly for affordability and convenience rather than comfort or extra features, it does the job.

The hotel staff is super helpful, the location is very strategic, and it is an affordable option for short stays 

No toothbrushes or slippers provided, so be sure to prepare them in advance if you're staying here.

Room was clean simple nice but just a little small but it’s alright for a short one day stay. Near the train station. Check in and out were smooth. The lobby does smell abit weird that’s it.

Prime location if you want to be in the center of Leuven.

We enjoyed our stay and location is perfect. But I would like to suggest that breakfast should not be the same kind every day as the breakfast was too much of bread and you can imagine eating bread every day for 10 days. Kindly try to incorporate other options to your breakfast menu so that it doesn't get boring. Aside that the place is well secured and peace. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was cleaned up on a daily basis. Our son enjoyed himself and even made new friends.
