Overall experience: average 1. In general, staff members are so hospitable. They are polite but hardly see the smile back. 2. Cleanliness can be an issue. Towel used by previous tenant was hanging on the wall. 3. Hand soap was completely empty, for three days I’m staying there, it has not been refilled.

The hotel was very strict with the check in time, we could only check in from 3pm even though I only asked to check in 10 minutes earlier. Otherwise, the room was pretty nice and the view was great

The steam room was very sadly not working. The front receptionist Osman (sp?) was amazing however.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, the bed was good. Coffee in the room could have been a lot better, there’s only freeze dried instant coffee powder, no machine. Go downstairs to get a free coffee instead, but you’ll have to put on clothes unfortunately. The location is fine when it’s dry, but take an umbrella when there’s a chance of rain because it’s just a little too far from the city center. I’m going back there again if the price is right.

10 Minutes walk from station…

I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's close to the train station, but a bit far from the city center, about a 20-minute walk. It's a typical European-style budget hotel, and the price is reasonable. There's parking downstairs, but it's a bit pricey at €24 per day.

First of all, the location isn't in the city center; it's on the ring road, opposite the brewery. It's a 10-minute walk from the train station. Becoming a member allows for early check-in! The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, speaking all languages ​​except Chinese. The hotel's decor isn't too outdated for an older building, considering it's a developed country. The TV is tiny—maybe 21 inches? But nobody watches TV, so it's not a big deal! The small town is quiet and you can open the windows for ventilation. The hotel provides bottled water. It would be even better if the front desk provided a coffee machine! Ideally, all Low Countries should be like that!

I was very satisfied with the room; I had stayed there before and was familiar with the area. The location is not far from Leuven train station and is right across from the Stella Brewery, making it convenient to visit the brewery if desired.

The overall environment is okay, but a small bottle of water costs 3 euros at the front desk.

The room was spacious. I booked a little later than my colleagues, so the price had gone up considerably; two nights cost over 2400 yuan. Overall, the conditions were good; a double bed plus a single sofa seemed spacious enough. The family on the third floor could probably fit in.
