The hotel location is great and considered quite central to the main street. The staffs are friendly and the most important is the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.

It's a very quiet and clean hotel, and the front desk staff were very patient in answering questions. The only slight drawback is the lack of a kettle.

My room is very clean and the staff’s manner is very friendly and helpful, It’s breakfast is excellent. I hope air conditioner might be equipped, but The Shepherd is totally very good hotel, I suppose. Thank you!

The staff on arrival friendly and helpful. Bright, modern hotel in great location to access places to visit and eat etc, all within easy walking distance. Room was clean with good size bed, bathroom was great with big walk in shower. Fridge, but no tea making facilities. Good variety of food for breakfast.
