This is a student accommodation that is rented out to tourists during the summer. The floor was dirty and sticky, and the bathroom wall had nasty stains due to poor cleaning. The room was spacious, but definitely not worth €160 a night!

De service was top. Ik had al eens in dezelfde kamer gelogeerd en de koelkast was nog steeds stuk, ik had dat bij mijn eerder verblijf al gemeld, blij met de moeite die de receptiemedewerker deed om me een kamer met een functionele koelkast te bezorgen. Ik verbleef 4 nachten. Ook na uitchecken dacht ik dat ik mijn headset vergeten was. Receptiemedewerker was top wanneer ik na uitchecken belde om te vragen of ik kon kijken of ik iets vergeten was, top! Daarnaast: opvolging van gebreken aan kamers laat erg te wensen over. Koelkast al maanden kapot in initiële kamer die dan waarschijnlijk vlotjes aan andere logee werd aangeleverd en daarnaast sloot kamer ook niet door sleutel te gebruiken.

We are absolutely appalled by the conditions. Along with the key in the lockbox, we found a small note saying that the toilet had been leaking but that they had fixed the problem. They hadn’t! The toilet was still leaking. The entire floor was covered in dirty water. The smell was awful, but the fear of catching an infection was even worse than the smell. There was barely an inch of liquid soap left by the sink, and the toilet paper roll was half used, apparently left over from the previous guest. The window was broken. There was food that had fallen behind one of the beds. They were extremely unhelpful when we asked them to resolve the problem with the toilet. We immediately decided to move somewhere else. We lost the money we had paid for four nights, but our health is more important. The next day, we received an email offering us €10 if we left them a positive review. €10!!! An absolute dump!!!

NOOIT BOEKEN! NEVER EVER GO THERE! Agressief personeel, valse facturen met verzoek bijbetalen, hacking van wifi en bankgegevens. Hotelkamer met defecte electra, zeer gehorig, geen vergunning. 1 ster is teveel. Agressive staf wanting extra money repeating, electricity not working, renting rooms without license, hacking wifi, passwords, bankaccounts. To far from the city.

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. Die Küche hatte fettige Ablage und einen Herd mit Dreckrand. Es gab große Spinnweben neben dem Waschbecken im Bad, die Klobürste war super eklig und die Böden waren ebenfalls nicht sauber. Überall Flecken. Das Bad hat schlecht gerochen und die Heizung ging nicht immer an. Auf Anfrage das Zimmer zu wechseln oder dass nochmals richtig sauber gemacht wird, kam keine Rückmeldung. Wäre richtig sauber gewesen, hätte man auch das alte und vermachte Zimmer annehmen können.

Property located 1.5 km from Leuven's historic center; it's a residential area with a few small supermarkets and small eateries. Otherwise, everything is a no-go: the apartment is terrible, dirty, infested with cobwebs, the kitchenette hasn't been cleaned in recent months, and there's a lot of previous dirt due to lack of regular cleaning. Electrical outlets are torn out. Absolutely avoid!!! The price isn't adequate for the amenities offered.
