I think it's more of an Airbnb than a hotel. The room was very large and felt clean. However, there was no hot water in the shower, and there was no hot water in the washroom either.

I didn't see the owner, but everything was organized very nicely. The room was super clean! Since it's located 10 minutes walk from the Levanto station, I was happy to choose this place to visit Chique Terre. Breakfast at a cafe near by was provided and so nice. Just one thing~ water in the bathroom didn't run well.

Hotel was hot. Front desk that checked us in was very nice and helpful. When we checked out he was rude

We stayed on night before starting our Cinque Terre walk. We were met by a nice woman at check-in who showed us our room. The room was clean and modern. It has everything you need. The check-out was smooth, as we left the keys and city tax in the room before leaving. The accommodation is located by the beach.

The hotel was nice new and comfortable. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and great to work with.

We stayed in the property on February 3rd... nothing to say about the new and clean room and the same about the bathroom... but there is too much noise, you can hear everything outside and even though it was winter until 3 in the morning!! Then finally we had a big problem, there was no hot water and with a 4 year old it was a nightmare. We called all the available numbers and ...NO ONE answered!! Until the next morning. The agency didn't care a lot and still has to solve the problem... we gave them all the money... but the services weren't there!!!

Friendly and welcoming person. The room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. Ideal for a couple's vacation. Very well located, next to the sea, shops and restaurants. In the top.

Super convenient place to the beach and center! Absolutely recommended!

Clean room located in the heart of town close to shops and the beach. Breakfast service 5 minutes walk away, very friendly. Two big downsides: smell of sewage in the bathroom every morning and very noisy because the room we had (number 4) was right above a bar which stops its music around 1 a.m.

Structure one step away from everything: sea, shops, bars and restaurants. Modern, clean and comfortable room. A piece of advice for those who want to stay in Levanto: ask for a parking space, there are no free spaces to be found

Super helpful agency staff. Possibility of private parking to be booked. In the center and 50 meters from the sea. Excellent cleanliness of the room and total availability from the staff. We will definitely be back. Until next time

I make a review of the whole thing, and then indicating all the aspects according to what happened to me. Positives: central location, close to the beach, close to restaurants and centre. Negatives: no parking or rather cost 24 Euros per day, check-in at an agency located 200 meters away and in a restricted traffic zone, they don't take you to the room and you have to make do with getting around, medium-small sized room, products from insignificant bathroom, average cleanliness with windows only half clean, terrible sleep quality. Downstairs there is a bar that closes late and then dozens of people stop to chatter until 3 or 4 in the morning, impossible to sleep (it won't be the landlord's fault but you don't sleep anyway). So overall I won't go back and for me it's not recommended

Nice apartment one street from the beach. Close to restaurants and shops. 9 minute walk to the station. The apartment was spacious and had a large terrace.
