4 of us rented 2 apartments (107 and 108) on the first floor. We enjoyed the comfort, clean, modern, lot of space during our 4 nights. Communication was great thru Whataps. The parking was convenient next to the apartment building and it was very convenient to enter the building thru back door. We have a van and it was hard to enter the second ramp to access our reserved parking space 44. The team was quickly assigned us a parking at the first ramp. If a sedan, there is much easier but this is our fault to reserve the spot at lower level. To easily park your car, reserve the lowest number available parking spot if you are driving. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we return to Quebec.

Beautiful apartment with a well equipped kitchen and great shower. Immaculately clean. Minor draw back was the fact that the mattress has a plastic protector which made sleeping hot. Also the lift was unreliable much of the time. Very good value, great local restaurants and great bus service.

Very clean and modern, spacious, quiet, comfortable bed and sheets, near historical sites... Has full kitchen but is also close to some good restaurants (I recommend Jardins d'Edgar). Lots of free parking nearby (weekends only). Everything was perfect.

Hands down the best place we stayed during our Quebec trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The unit itself was also spacious, quiet and furnished well. The bus passes were a great perk too! The staff's availability through Whatsapp was also really helpful.
