"Staff was very nice and efficient. Check in and out went quickly.Rooms are clean bed and pillows were comfortable. Well located right beside highway to go to Québec city. From our room window we could see the highway but didn't hear it inside the room. The complimentary breakfast was delicious alot of variety ( scrambled eggs sausages cereal fruit etc.). They also cater to dietary restrictions. It was alot more than you're typical 1 toaster and dried muffins and bananas you get at other places. Will be going again when back in th area."

"This was the only room available within a 400km radius, hence the exorbitant price ($660)... nice hotel, nice room, but cleanliness left much to be desired. I was charged for parking even though I didn't use it because my vehicle was too tall. There was no freezer in the room. I ordered a beer downstairs at the bar, $18, and they refused to give me or show me the receipt. A decent hotel for under $300 a night; anything over that is highway robbery!"

"Hygiene: Very poor. The toilet lacked an odor-proof drain, and there was a strong smell of urine as soon as you entered. There was a ladybug nest in the room; I found over a dozen. Facilities: The hairdryer was broken and filled with a thick layer of dust. The benches were stained and smelled. The access card wouldn't open the door. Service: Very good; the front desk staff were very welcoming. Summary: I've never stayed in such a terrible hotel. It can't even be called a hotel."
