The hotel is very beautiful and all modern. The staff is super kind and helpful. The breakfast is correct and good. There's a amazing terrace on top of the building with a view on the Potala Palace. The hotel is very well located, closer to the pedestrian area and the Potala area. I highly recommend it!

The room was great – clean and tidy. The service was excellent, and the 'Sky Mirror' on the 7th floor was particularly stunning. The hotel also boasts a fantastic location. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Lhasa.

Convenient parking is available right at the entrance, and it's very close to many attractions, with the Potala Palace just 1.4 kilometers away. The rooms are brand new, equipped with 24-hour oxygen supply and smart systems for ultimate convenience and a modern touch. A rooftop viewing platform offers stunning views of the Potala Palace. The breakfast spread is generous and features traditional ******* options.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Rooms feature a 24-hour oxygen supply, with quiet wall-mounted diffusers or nasal cannulas available, and the system is virtually silent. The rooms themselves are clean, featuring smart toilets and automatic curtains. There's a self-service laundry room equipped with dryers. The hotel has a large parking lot and its location is convenient for transportation. Additionally, there's a viewing deck with a great view of the Potala Palace. Our butler, Zaxi, was outstanding, incredibly thoughtful, and responsive to our every need. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions. The overall service was outstanding, the rooms are bright and spacious, and they feature smart amenities.

From check-in to check-out, he warmly assisted us, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail, which truly made us feel at home.

Terrible experience! The oxygen supply was poor, and when I called the front desk, they actually told me it would take four to five hours to kick in. Seriously?? That's just ridiculous. Plus, the air conditioning in the room only had a heating function. It was so stuffy, even with the window open. For over 400 RMB in the off-season, this is just unacceptable.

The room was spotless, and the view of the Potala Palace from here was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated right behind and to the right of the Potala Palace, making my windowsill my 'personal viewing platform': At midday, wisps of clouds drifted across its white walls and golden roofs, as if a breathing quilt was draped over the ancient palace; In the evening, the setting sun painted the Red Palace a honeyed hue, and as prayer flags fluttered in the wind, they seemed like countless hands applauding it; The moment the night lights came on, the entire palace suddenly 'came alive' – like an ancient ship moored in the darkness, carrying the stories of the Tubo Dynasty, slowly sailing towards the myriad lights of modern Lhasa. The complimentary biscuits were delicious, and the other snacks were great too! The butler and front desk service were warm and attentive. I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful.

We booked an upscale 5-star hotel in Lhasa. The hotel offered comprehensive facilities and very spacious rooms. However, the pillows were a bit too high, which made sleeping uncomfortable for our necks. Moreover, the signage to the guest room floors was unclear, causing us to get lost and end up back in the third-floor lobby before a staff member finally escorted us to our room. The hotel's policies felt quite impersonal and rigid. We had booked a room type that included breakfast, but upon going to the restaurant in the morning, we were denied entry as they claimed our breakfast wasn't registered. To make matters worse, they also refused to refund the breakfast cost. This felt completely unacceptable!

The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room featured smart technology throughout. The 7th-floor cafe also boasted a lovely ambiance with fantastic views. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. Overall, this is an excellent hotel.

The room was clean, well-equipped, and featured smart controls. Even the disposable toiletries were of excellent quality. I was particularly impressed by the two Zhuomas at the coffee shop; they were incredibly helpful. Especially Suoqu Zhuoma: I wasn't familiar with the laundry machines, and she enthusiastically offered her personal assistance with them, notifying me as soon as my clothes were clean. She even prepared a delicious coffee for me and brought some tasty snacks. The front desk also thoughtfully arranged some morning pastries, as I didn't have time for a full breakfast due to my flight schedule. It was truly a fantastic experience. If I return to Lhasa, I will definitely choose this hotel again; it genuinely made me feel right at home.

Good Nice Clean

This trip to Lhasa was a great experience staying at Snowland Paradise International Hotel! The hotel is brand new and the intelligent control system in the room is super convenient. The lights and curtains can be adjusted with just your mouth. Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Liu, who provided thoughtful service from check-in to check-out, answered all questions, and helped plan the itinerary. Both the facilities and the service are impeccable. I will stay here again next time I come to Lhasa!
