這家酒店是旅遊跟出差的最佳選項。整體而言，酒店在各方面都非常好，服務上，貢曲白桑小夥子服務態度尤其好雖然衹住了一天但是能深切的感受到少數民族的熱情豪邁，對客態度從踏入酒店的那一刻起就能感受到他的無微不至的關懷，無論是諮詢旅遊訊息還是提出特殊需求，都能得到高效且貼心的迴應。環境方面，大堂大氣，房間整潔舒適，隔音效果良好，為賓客營造出安靜愜意的私人空間。位置更是得天獨厚，周圍景點眾多，酒店位置就在西藏博物館對面，右手邊是羅布林卡左手又是布達拉宮景點非常距離近散散步就能到各個著名景點，周邊還有諸多餐廳與便利店。設施也十分完備，早餐豐富可口。住在這裏，不僅享受了舒適的住宿體驗，更感受到了酒店對於品質與服務的執着追求，真心推薦給每一位出行者

酒店位置在羅布林卡路上，對面就是西藏博物館，左側100米就到羅布林卡公園，距離布達拉宮也衹有1.7公里。房間內設施維護的很好，衞生也乾淨，大廳還有免費的礦泉水、紅茶、咖啡糖糖等，房間裏也配有加濕器，除了空調，還能給提供電暖氣（我比較怕冷，酒店給單加的）。前台的工作人員服務特別熱情，多要幾瓶水，分分鐘就送到了，尤其是前台兩位美女服務非常周到，值得再來。

地理位置好。從拉薩站出來沒有打車，坐公共交通1塊錢直達酒店門口。酒店到西藏博物館和羅布林卡僅需2-5分鐘步行。到布達拉宮、八廓街等著名景點，公交車均在門口。就連網上報團的羊湖半日遊，集合點也是在步行5分鐘的香格里拉大酒店門口。房間夠大，使用空調供暖。早餐是和隔壁小店聯合的，有雞蛋、粥、饅頭等，能吃飽春節期間不需要外賣或出門買，省時間。
洗澡水不夠大，設施有些老舊。性價比高。住了2夜，非常便捷。有次八廓街逛晚了，打車回酒店大概13-15元。

酒店地理位置很方便，對面就是博物館，旁邊就是羅布林卡，定的三人間，房型挺寬敞，看起來也很乾凈衞生，早餐是隔壁包子店提供，味道也挺不錯，延遲退房也很方便
