My boy and myself have had a beautiful stay with Guanzhai Junlan hotel for his school holiday. Mountain view is stunning, room is very nicely renovated, food is excellent, and most importantly staff are very incredibly helpful, providing detailed directions and recommendations for local restaurants. Highly recommended for your Fujian / Hakka itinerary!

Room - my room faces the magnificent Guan Zhai Shan. Every morning wakes up to a scenic view of lush greenery and mountain
Location - near to the Guan Zhai Shan entrance. We took a DiDi taxi there which costs about Rmb12. The hotel is also near to the city which is less than 10 mins by DiDi taxi
Service - attentive and respectful services at the front desk
Hotel amenities - new and luxurious with a nice swimming pool and spacious lobby
Atmosphere- very relaxing, spacious and enjoyable feeling
Breakfast- last a good variety. Quality of food is generally ok
Restaurant - serves delicious Hakka food
Overall we had a very enjoyable experience

酒店硬件總體來説還是不錯的，而且陽台房正對山景，景色很不錯。但是：1、酒店房間和走廊有濃重的裝修味道，我個人對氣味敏感，呆了一會兒就感覺頭昏。2、酒店服務水平一言難盡：（1）要求16點後入住，12點退房。在攜程這麼多年來定的酒店，還沒有碰到過不允許延退的，更何況我們頭一天下午按照要求17點多才入住，第二天和前台説能不能延到2點，工作人員立刻面無表情斬釘截鐵説不能，給人體驗感非常差，即便是酒店有規定，也可以用更加符合服務行業規範的話術來回答，不用這麼冰冷，瞬間體驗感很差。不過最後查到我們確實入住比較晚，也同意延退了。（2）房卡入住當天晚上就刷不開門，給入住時候前台加微信的工作人員反應，不回微信也不接電話（至今都無答覆），不明白讓加這個微信圖什麼，打總機電話説找人送上來，等了十多分鐘也沒人（3）早餐工作人員：煮海鮮粥的大姐，一言難盡。煮麪的大姐人就非常好。
總的來説，顧客不是**，在連城這種地方，該酒店的價格與配套的服務絕對是不匹配的，一部分工作人員的專業能力如果不提升，你們就看看客户會不會純粹為風景持續付款這麼高的溢價。

酒店很新，正對冠豸山，從陽台房就可以遠觀冠豸山全景。開車去景區也很近，10分鐘左右。去連城四角井歷史風貌區也就7、8分鐘。酒店泳池是最大亮點，非常大，小孩、大人都有自己的游泳空間，人多也不覺得擠。但也有美中不足之處：泳池周圍僅有一排座位，兩邊完全沒有可以躺的沙灘椅，遮陽傘也壞掉了，近期一直有雨，想休息一下再遊都沒地方躲雨也沒有可以遮雨的放東西的地方。這一點建議酒店改進，畢竟夏天很多住客是衝著泳池去的。

這次入住君瀾酒店的瀾悦套房，被驚艷到了！從房型設計到整體的裝修，每個環節都超出預期。有泳池，小童遊樂場，親子酒店首選，下次來連城一定還住這裏，已經推薦給朋友們了。做為親子酒店，建議辦理入住時能提前準備小童用品，那就更完美了。

酒店設施很新，客房空間大，一定要選陽台大床房，陽台外正對泳池和冠豸山，視野非常棒！酒店餐食也不錯，特別是早餐，豐富程度令人驚訝～還配備的户外泳池、室內泳池、小童樂園、乒乓球枱、斯諾克，不出酒店也不會無聊，週末帶娃親子游的絕佳選擇，強烈安利！

前台服務大使羅小琴和謝曉丹，接待服務非常細緻，給人回家的感覺。我們定的是陽台大床房，妥妥C位，風景特美，窗户外就是冠豸山，讓後是泳池，太美了。衞生也是很乾凈，服務響應很及時，早餐雖然小貴，但是物有所值，品種挺多，總體很滿意，如果下次再來，還會選擇君瀾。

非常滿意。訂的是複式套房，客廳和房間都很大，個人覺得會比別墅住起來舒適。服務上基本也是有求並應，要求送茶葉送冰塊都很快速。早餐很好，豐富且有當地特色。服務人員也都很禮貌，見到都會主動問好。第一次住君瀾這個品牌，挺驚喜的，下次還會選擇別的城市的君瀾體驗。
