Nandian Banshan Hot Spring Hotel ★★★★★

"Several issues were not addressed by the hotel: 1. During peak hours, there weren't enough electric carts, resulting in very long wait times. There was no shade while walking. The hotel's response was, "We're sorry, but there's nothing we can do." 2. The individual villas have central air conditioning, and the main unit couldn't be turned off, generating severe low-frequency noise that increased in volume every five minutes. It was manageable during the day, but especially disruptive at night. Because of the low temperatures in the mountains at night, we didn't want to sleep with the air conditioning on, so we had no choice but to endure it. We all woke up with headaches and dizziness. The hotel's response was, "We're sorry, but there's nothing we can do." 3. After 11:30 PM, the hotel said they would move us to another building, requiring us to pack our luggage and move there. They could have simply turned off the main unit; making guests go through this in the middle of the night was ridiculous. When we confronted the hotel the next day, their response was, "We offered a solution, but you didn't want it." Their attitude was indifferent; once you're in, they don't care anymore. 4. There were many African snails in the area, carrying numerous viruses and bacteria; touching them could lead to infection. 5. The entire yard was crawling with them at night; they were everywhere, even filling the trash cans. 6. Only the spring behind the villa area had a faint smell; the rooms inside didn't have any unusual odor. 7. There were large areas (over 400 square centimeters) of mold and unidentified liquid stains on the walls. 8. Two complimentary cups of coffee were offered, but taking them away required an extra 1 yuan packaging fee. Absolutely disgusting."

"Lianghe, treasure border city, met a lot of good people, good places. The room type has been upgraded. The breakfast chef is good at craftsmanship and the service is intimate. Both rice noodles are very fragrant. The hotel is very close to the county government and the township government, and Nandian Xuanfu Department is about 10 minutes walk. Jiubao Town bus is directly accessible and highly recommended. When we returned from Jiubao at noon, we met a bus specially designed to take a detour to pick up students 👍🏻"

"The room is clean and tidy, very large, with relatively new facilities and a quiet environment. There are many people performing at the nearby pagoda, a snack street and a pedestrian path with many people walking. The only unexpected thing is that the shower gel and shampoo are in such small bottles that I thought they were conditioner. This should be the best hotel in Lianghe County, right? Other budget hotels all have a large bottle."
