房間環境較差，還有霸王條款，半小時後不給退，不住也強行收全款，平台調解酒店也不接受，目前酒店門口廣告顯示酒店正在尋找轉讓，圖一宣傳照片，圖二實際照片

沒有電梯，住宿有的在4樓，這還是次要的，主要是一打開房間門就是一股很刺鼻的尼古丁味道，開窗通風一下午也沒有用，被子上都殘留有尼古丁味道，建議有女性和孩子的慎重考慮，衞生間也有味道，牆壁破損，還有壁虎出現，雖然服務態度還可以，但是總體體驗並不好，價格也不不低，一晚都睡不好，給大家做個參考

家庭作坊式酒店，服務一點都不專業，温泉酒店泡不了温泉，問周邊最近的温泉在哪裡，説沒有，後面一搜發現幾百米就是温泉世界，也是服了，態度還傲慢
