I chose voco because it was a new hotel under InterContinental. The room size is acceptable, the equipment is very new, and since it is a new hotel, an air purifier is provided. The breakfast buffet was good, with both Chinese and Western varieties, and the ingredients were relatively fresh, which exceeded expectations. As a new 5 star hotel, there is no capsule coffee. The pillow is too short, shaped like a tofu block and not comfortable. The service level of the waiters needs to be improved. There was basically no greeting when we met. The lady named X who checked in at the front desk did not smile and was very cold. For dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, the private rooms were full, and there were obviously not enough waiters to serve the dishes. The food was served slowly, and the guests had to carry their own food, which was very disappointing. The most uncomfortable thing was the hotel's exterior wall maintenance. There were workers outside the window, which made it difficult to open the curtains in the room all day. It was very stuffy and the experience was very bad.

The day before check-in, the housekeeper Jamie called me to ask if I had any needs. The service was very good. The hotel lobby is also very cozy. A good choice for travel. Moreover, the lobby service guy Xiao Mao was also very attentive and proactive, and I felt your full care.

After returning from a trip to Jinan, I transited in Lianyungang for one night. The hotel experience was very good! Service: The experience that service gives people can be summed up in four words! Facilities: Among the hotels near Liandao, voco is definitely a better choice. If I come here again next time, I will definitely choose it again! Environment: It is very close to Liandao Scenic Area. Haiyifang Park is about one kilometer away from the hotel. It is very nice to take a walk in the evening.

The environment is quiet, and you can find peace in the bustle. You can go to Haiyifang Park for a short walk. The transportation is convenient, and it only takes ten minutes to drive to Liandao. The buffet dinner and breakfast are very rich and the service is attentive. There are also foreign singers singing and interacting during the dinner.
