速八是住過的最差的連鎖酒店，雖然價格低，但你也得對得起這個價格，足夠尊重消費者吧，價格比人家低你可以降低配置，但不是降低衞生條件，牆皮脱落，掀開床單下面是大塊的棕紅色污漬，枕芯都黃的不能看了，你們是怎麼做到的心安理得給消費者住的呢。

優點是價格便宜，衞生也還湊合，其他方面不敢恭維。
登錄WIFI需要掃碼，同意收集私隱訊息，同意之後仍然不能登錄WIFI，打電話給總枱，沒有人接。隔音很差，隔壁打呼嚕都能聽得很清晰，淋浴間玻璃之間縫隙過大，洗澡以後水噴到淋浴間外面，導致衞生間滿地是水，玻璃邊緣的封條已經部分脱落，沐浴液流出過慢，洗一次澡按壓沐浴液開關就要用去四五分鐘，沒有專屬停車場，邊上的公共停車場大部分時間是爆滿的。希望能夠儘快改進。

酒店位置較好，處於市中心，交通便利，酒店設施確實是陳舊了點，應該再裝修一下了，我住的三人間，感覺衞生不是太好，地面有毛髮沒有打掃乾淨，還有上波客人留在床底旁邊一飲料空瓶，空調有異響，衞生間馬桶蓋沒固定好，淋浴水小，洗澡不方便，偶然間發現衞生間還有一衹小飛蟲，應該是下水管子該清洗了。

我真的輕易不給差評，但這個我真的忍不了。我從來沒見過一個房間裏能有那麼多蚊子！！！我像個滅蚊使者打死了好幾衹蚊子之後（起碼6隻），晚上還是被咬了好幾個包！！！！！！ 房間裏的電蚊香片根本不管用。
而且房間的床巨巨巨硬！！躺在上面都能感覺到裏面的彈簧/支撐物，沒辦法衹能把被子疊起來鋪站床墊上睡。
衞生也非常差！床的另一邊感覺根本沒有掃過地！！！

介紹説有免費的停車位，但其實門口的車位一直是滿位的狀態。要一直站在那裡等別的車走了，才有機會停，但是很多車都是一直停着不走的，那麼熱的天怎麼可能在外面等着。説是地上劃線的地方都可以免費停車，但其實地上的線都已經模糊了。而且竟然有一些不可以停車的盲點，不是本地人根本就不知道，我看到有一個空檔，旁邊有好幾輛車停着，我以為這裡是一個車位的，但其實並不是，第二天還被警察貼條了，我也是無語。正好碰到一個當地人問了才知道這裏每天下午三四點警察都會過來貼條，就真的有點坑。酒店設施嘛都老舊了，WiFi經常會斷線，要重新登。我住的三床房，第三個床還是用三張席夢思疊在一起組成的一張床，睡在上面搖搖晃晃，我也是醉了。
