Huaguoshan Hotel

We booked a family room. The children loved the play facilities in the room and could play by themselves for half a day. But the small bed in the room is rickety, has no mattress, and is extremely hard. I guess this bed is not meant for people to sleep on it, right? There were four of us. Two adults and two children, one adult must be sleeping on this bed, it's so exhausting! The rest is very good, the service is timely, the breakfast has many varieties and is of good quality. The parking lot is far from the hotel and a carload of gum was left behind. When checking into a hotel, cars are not allowed to come to the door. Instead, you carry your luggage under the steps, and the security guards urge you to hurry up.

The hotel is very grand, very close to Huaguoshan. The facilities in the room are complete, the waiters are very friendly, the Chinese restaurant tastes very good, the breakfast buffet is also very good, and there are peacocks and apple orchards nearby, which is pleasing to the eye. A little suggestion, it would be better if there was an underground parking lot. It’s hot in summer, so park a little further away.

Room facilities: The room is large, with a dressing room, a bathtub, and separate wet and dry bathrooms. The service is also good. When I checked in, I saw that I had a lot of luggage and helped me leave it at the door. After cleaning, yogurt and biscuits were also given. breakfast: The variety of things is also very rich, and the price is 39 yuan for children. Breakfast at the Golden Bay Restaurant can be had with a room card, which is very convenient. Xiao Qin, the waiter at the restaurant's front desk, is very warm and thoughtful. The food comes out quickly and the plates are collected quickly. bed: The single bed is quite big at 1.35 meters, so we were not too crowded even though we were one and one small. Dining room: Chinese restaurant Chengen Chinese restaurant has a good business and good service. Private rooms must be booked in advance, business is booming. The hotel recreation center has table tennis, gym, and swimming pool. The water temperature is a bit cold, but everything else is fine. The service was also very considerate. One of us forgot to wear a swimming cap, and the front desk lent us one. Just remember to return it before leaving.

房間非常乾淨，香薰的味道非常舒服。裝修風格奢華大方，符合國資背景，整體服務人員的素質也很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。服務態度更是超級好！！落了我的金箍棒在酒店，前台核實情況後，非常迅速的安排小哥哥上樓拿，太感謝了！ 設施：真的很棒！ 衞生：衞生很好，酒店是金陵集團的！ 環境：離花果山景區很近，還送了兩張花果山的門票，性價比很高。 服務：服務真的很好，在此感謝前台接待小鬱還有前台主管王總，非常滿意的一次連雲港之旅！

房間很不錯，定的標間，一個大人倆孩子很寬裕，酒店給安排了六樓，看見有孩子送的小餅乾和酸奶，二樓的中餐也不錯，新上的徽菜，工作人員對客人很負責，衹要求吃的實惠，不提倡浪費，價格也很好。臨走得的時候前廳劉宗逸經理還送了孩子伴手禮。讓我這個做了15年的酒店人挑不出來任何的毛病。總之這次連雲港之行讓我對這個酒店無論前廳，客房還是餐飲的服務都感到非常的滿意，真誠的笑容掛在臉上，酒店人的職業素養體現的淋漓盡致。而且酒店前台全是美女帥哥哦。

房間很大，一開始都沒想到有這麼大，房間很整潔乾淨，點了很多外賣也有機器人幫忙送。有一次外賣小哥送錯了，前台小哥給我送上來了，十分感謝，阿姨打掃的衞生也非常乾淨，幫我們把衣服也疊好了。前台小喬服務態度非常好！總的來説是一個十分值得選擇的酒店！
