前台服務熱情周到，為我們調整合適的房間。
房間乾淨整潔，全部採用智能控制，音頻控制。
房間🈶休息空間，洗漱設備齊全，佈局合理。
服務員及時收拾房間，打掃衞生，每天換浴巾和洗漱用品，服務特別周到。
早餐豐富多樣，主食副食齊備，營養衞生。
酒店位置好，去花果山，連島，海州古城，孔望山都很方便快捷。

房間電視看不了，師傅調試後沒辦法，小孩要求看電視，衹能換房。換房後電視可以看，小愛音箱壞了，哎。。。。一言難盡。環境服務可以，設施有待提高！！！

房間比較新，還有洗衣、烘乾的服務，但是酒店位置有點偏，附近沒有什麼店鋪，另外不得不説服務人員的態度非常平淡，相比前一晚入住的全季來説天差地別，再有下次的話應該不會選擇這家店了
