整體酒店感覺挺滿意，服務質量很高，有問題能夠快速解決，有禮有節！環境乾淨整潔，裝修算嶄新，就喜歡這個感覺，沒有那種舊舊的感覺，房間還有茶葉哈哈哈，小茶壺還挺可愛！位置相對來説其實離高鐵站挺近，也就10分鐘，但有一説一，離中心不是太緊，周圍應該算新城，但相對來説又比較安靜不吵不鬧清清靜靜的，適合喜歡安靜慢節奏的人吧

設施：設施都很智能化 有什麼需要的打電話給前台機器人都給送到房間門口
衞生：阿姨打掃衞生很細緻 房間裏一直香香的
環境：喜歡全季的裝修還有大廳的香氛味道 每次住全季都喜歡diy冷泡茶 茶包很好喝走的時候還和前台小姐姐要了一點~
服務：前台小姐姐辦理入住熱情又迅速

房間挺大的，衞生打掃的非常乾淨，空調熱水很好用的，前台小姐姐辦理入住時候非常貼心的給我開了兩張卡，還送了温熱的礦泉水，非常好。設施設備非常齊全，洗衣房也有健身房也有，早餐挺豐富的，口味也很好，很推薦。

首先環境，枕頭上有一個指甲蓋，多噁心呀，打掃衞生的時候我懷疑有沒有換四件套。
設備，這個垃圾桶放2張餐巾紙就滿了，其他垃圾投不進去，掉了一地。還有一個換鞋凳，凳子夠大，但是有一半在洗手池下面，怎麼用，坐不下，坐下來後這個凳子四個角不穩定，容易摔倒。空調效果不好，冬天制暖效果差。
配套:這個酒店下面的充電樁，1.4元一度，比高速服務區還貴，旁邊的充電樁基本是0.8-0.9，一度電多收0.5元，如果是40度電池，就多收20元，對於電車來説，這個價格簡直貴的逆天。這價格沒人管管嗎？
還有服務:我是7-8年前花錢買的會員卡，之前都是默認14點退房，這次雖然是公司給定的房間，但是是會員本人入住，沒有早餐，沒有延時退房，還更我爭論我的會員怎麼怎麼了，華住真是吃相很難看，以前求着你買會員，後面想着辦法讓你會員降級，多收費，搞了那麼多等級，讓老會員被刺。

全季4.0，服務1.0 入住時比較晚，微笑服務很好但是讓我綁定華住會就比較反感，我已經拒絕了不綁定，跟我説衹有綁定才能入住，這話術也是沒誰了，溝通的前提應該是真誠而不是欺騙！4.0的設施很不錯，但是衞生很堪憂，隨意擺放的拖鞋，臟兮兮的牆布，壞的茶具、茶漬，冰箱裏還有碎髮！茶具不應該是4.0的特色嘛，用這樣的茶具不如不用！枕頭上有明顯沒洗掉的污漬，電視機底座螺絲掉了；打電話到前台反饋，前台小姑娘説好的她知道了，沒有下文了？衞生間異味，紙巾隨意摺疊，毛巾也是反的；淋浴間玻璃門五金件的水漬太多，熱水不是很熱夏天用還可以，水壓還是挺大的！第二天退房電梯裏遇到客房大姐，沒有問好聲！和前台反饋了以上問題，上早班的姑娘很客氣並致歉小禮品；但是以上都不是這個姑娘的問題，從我離店到次日都沒有經理或者店長致電我瞭解此事，是覺得客户體驗不重要嗎？華住中端店長的管理能力不該如此！

房間面積很大，兩張1.5米的大床睡起來很舒服，廁所乾濕分離，加熱馬桶蓋，不過夏天用太熱了，。房間朝向是一個小區，很安靜。衞生情況對於蘇南人來説有點敷衍，床底夜燈，遙控器，開關插座凡事朝上的部分，面積小於一釐米的地方全是厚厚的灰塵，床頭後面朝上的地方還有上一個客人丟下的糖紙，打掃衞生不仔細。早餐雖然品種不多，但還是不錯的有咖啡。前台服務不錯，送了孩子的早餐，門口停車車位不算太多，要找找。酒店大門玻璃一看就是幾個月沒有擦的，是不是蘇北都這樣。

近期招待客户都在這家酒店，設施很完善，洗衣房裡麪還配了掛燙機，這一點很驚喜！對於我們女孩子出行，特別方便。房間衞生也很乾凈，住的很放心很舒心，前台最近還放了烏梅湯，清熱解暑第一名！前台小姑娘們真的是大大的好評！
