The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really well. Highly recommend! I'll definitely choose Ji Hotel again next time.

It's really good except for the remote location. I don't recommend staying here if you don't drive. It's inconvenient to travel.

Facilities: small refrigerator, voice intelligent control, toiletries, bathroom facilities are fully equipped. Hygienic: The mattress is dry and soft, skin-friendly, the bathroom has no water and dust, the floor is clean and bright, and the whole is clean and tidy. Service: The public laundry and drying area is patiently guided to use, and the front desk helps to collect coupons to save costs for customers.

We came to Donghai to buy crystals, this whole season is super clean! The service is super good. The front desk brother considered that we have children and took the initiative to give slippers and dental appliances. Next time I come to buy crystals, I will stay here. I recommend buying crystals and come here!

I’ve stayed at other hotels of a similar level in Ganyu, but none were as good as this one. The room was clean and tidy, with wooden floors that made it feel extra fresh. The bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was simple — noodles, porridge, coffee, and some stir-fried dishes. Not fancy, but enough to start the day full and happy. The location is a bit away from the main area and Wanda Plaza, (WuYue Plaza is 4-5 km away) but it’s easy to rent an e-bike anywhere by scanning a QR code, so getting around isn’t a problem. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable place with great value. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I come to Ganyu.

本人經常外出旅遊，所到之處衹要有全季，總是作為住宿酒店的主要選項。這家全季的各方面都不錯，周邊購物、餐飲及交通等都比較方便，酒店的服務、管理等各方面都比較正規、專業，早餐比較豐富。唯一的遺憾是，酒店的電梯過於陳舊、落後，等待與乘坐的平均時長較差，與酒店的其它相比不匹配。

The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to all the major crystal trading centers, making it ideal for professionals in the jewelry and gemstone industry. The hotel is clean, quiet, and elegantly designed, maintaining the consistent high standards that Ji Hotels are known for. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, check-in was fast and efficient, and they even offered helpful local tips, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, reliable hot water, and a calming atmosphere—perfect for both business travelers and tourists needing a good rest. The breakfast was a good mix of Chinese and Western options, with plenty of variety. Most notably, the hotel’s cleanliness and service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for gemstone buyers, jewelry designers, or anyone visiting Donghai Crystal City. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I return.

I booked the all-season hotel Guanyun County Government Store in Trip.com . The order was subject to two conditions, one with breakfast, and the second check-out until 2 pm. I was told when I arrived at the front desk of the hotel. His check-in system did not have to show breakfast, and must be asked to check out at 12 o'clock. After showing the order evidence, the front desk was still unhappy, and he said that his system did not show check-out at 2 pm anyway. Although there is no defense in the end in front of the order. But it happened that I returned to the hotel at 12:30 noon on the day of check-out. The elevator card was locked. The reason was that the room card system was still set to check out at 12 noon. I don't know if the problem of this management system is still a human problem. Anyway, the experience of staying at the hotel for the first time on business trip is very general.
