Finally, I would like to ask, when I booked, Ctrip provided a service to upgrade the room, but I did not enjoy it when I arrived at the hotel. I don’t know if it is a problem of the hotel or Ctrip. Firstly the hotel is good. But for example i need ice for my medicine but they did not have its not normal that not to find medicine. The refrigerator was not working. but the other things is good. Room is big shower is clean the beds are fine at all i stayed 2 days there and it was fine.
