All staffs were very kind...but u mast have a translation application to connect to people.. totally good hotel

The hotel is quite old, and unfortunately the windows and balcony door are worn out, allowing very cold air to enter the room. The curtain was also dirty, which affected the overall comfort. Breakfast quality was poor, and the service during breakfast was disappointing. There were no signs indicating whether the food was halal or not, which is very important and should be clearly labeled. Additionally, the toaster was not working. On a positive note, all the staff and team members were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Their attitude and hospitality were truly the best part of the stay.

It’s very amazing property and specials thanks to luo which is manager , she helped me a lot to explore , if anybody is looking for this property I will rate 5 star and special thanks to luo manager who is very knowledgeable and helped in all activities.

Like a labyrinth, even hard to find my room and the outlet lobby way ;) The room carpet should be vacculmed I think. Dust can easily float in the air and is bad for our health. The bath water is excellent if the temperature can be 5 degree higher. Hope, the patient assistant can tell us how to use the services and facilities Thanks very much.

Nice and comfortable hotel for a business trip. Rooms are spacious and the green surroundings add up to a relaxed atmosphere. There’s a lotus pond in the middle with great views. Lacks a bit in terms of international amenities but it’s understandable given it’s location. Heard great things about the hot springs. Have to try them next time.

The room is too old. I went there for a 5-star hotel, but this is the worst 5-star hotel I've ever stayed in. I specifically chose a room with a balcony, but there was no view outside. I was very disappointed. It doesn't match the price. I won't stay here next time.

The hotel environment is acceptable. I give it 5 points because Zhang Xiu'e from the catering department provides excellent service. In addition, the guest room facilities are unreasonable. 1. There is no extra two-phase power socket next to the table. It is awkward to plug in a table lamp and a router. 2. The switch control panel cannot control the bathroom light separately unless the master control is pressed. Once the master control is pressed, all the lights in the room will be turned on. 3. There is no hair dryer socket in the bathroom. The razor socket cannot handle the power of the hair dryer. There is also a knob next to it that makes no sense. The two-phase plugs are located at the bedside and the mini bar, which is not suitable for drying hair. 4. The bedside table is too old and looks awkward. 5. The bathroom floor drain should be self-sealing. The problem is that the water pressure needs to exceed the self-sealing force to start draining. The water will accumulate in the side trough until it submerges the slippers worn in the shower and soaks my feet. . . Then it starts to drain. . . I don't expect the hotel to improve. This is just a personal suggestion.

There is no order in parking and no staff to manage it. The cars parked in the parking spaces are stuck in there and no one is found. After finally finding someone, they are unreasonable, curse and threaten to beat people. It really damages the image of Shandong people. The staff of this 5-star hotel are speechless 😓!!!

The room was nice, the service was attentive, and the facilities were complete. It was quiet at night and convenient for walking. The courtyard was beautiful and close to the Dongchang Lake Scenic Area. The service at the restaurant was attentive and enthusiastic, especially Zhang Xue, the waiter in the new private room. She was very warm and thoughtful, and we felt very well taken care of during our meal. We must commend her for this. Of course, there were some shortcomings. The disposable razor provided in the room was of poor quality, with a chipped blade. After shaving, I scratched my face and scalp several times.

Thank you Manager Xiao Xu for taking care of us during our stay. It was the right choice to bring my family on vacation! The Garden Hotel brings nature into the city. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed by the scenery like the Jiangnan water village. Watching the children chasing butterflies and feeding koi in the garden, they had a lot of fun. The elderly also loved to walk and take pictures here. We were very satisfied. The room facilities are high-end and comfortable, the breakfast has local specialties, and even the details are full of design. The whole family praised it and will come again in the future!
