The mirror above the sink was stained, and dust covered almost every detail. Upon entering the room, I had to clean everything myself. The room was incredibly small, yet the price was significantly higher than other hotels of the same level and area. The lake view room was truly a stretch! It was 20 feet away and largely obscured by trees. It wasn't really a lake, just a pond! I really regret changing hotels mid-trip! The 4.9 rating is incredibly deceptive! Ctrip's credibility should not be undermined! So, I apologize for posting this review!

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is thoughtful. I needed ice cubes, and the room supervisor Liu Ling helped me solve the problem immediately. When I checked out, she also sent me fruit snacks. I was very satisfied. There are museums and the ancient canal city around the hotel. I didn't have enough fun after staying for two nights. I will stay here next time.

The beds are comfortable. The linens and towels are first class. The buffet breakfast was ample and changed every day.
We discovered that this hotel is part of the Jin Jiang chain. We will try, always, to find Jin Jiang hotels wherever we travel.
