環境很好，和朋友一起來的，住的地方很舒適，景色也挺好，玩的地方很多，餐廳東西也很好吃，服務人員很熱情，搓澡師傅手法很專業，交通很方便，這次旅程非常滿意，下次還和朋友一起來，推薦。

來了好幾次了，總體感覺無論是洗浴還是酒店住宿的服務標準都需要提高。很多基礎工作做的不是很到位，發生了一些摩擦，但是前廳經理解決的還算合理。

房間很大 可能是收拾房間有點急 浴室地漏還有頭髮 孩子玩的很開心 7號搓澡技師錯的很好很到位 還會再去的

客觀的説酒店房間很大，房間裝修也挺好，很新，面積大，還有室內淘氣堡和小童戲水池，這個價位性價比很高。但是前台辦理入住工作人員的態度真的特別差，第一天到了已經八點多了，第二天上午要出去去動物園，刷手牌出去説小童要收19的門票，我説我們來就是住的沒去玩，説那也不行，我們就是洗浴的酒店，我説我們沒進去為什麼要交洗浴的門票，後來來了其他人給減免了。續住了一天，晚上回來發現房間根本沒收拾，垃圾桶都滿了也沒倒，沒收拾衞生就算了，牙刷要來拿新的吧，酒店環境還不錯，服務實在是太差

體驗感不好 每天前台都給我打電話確認住宿日期 哪天退房 房卡丟了交錢是應該的，但是一張房卡收 100 比天津的還貴 下次再也不住這個地方了
