I am a longtime Hilton Honors member and have stayed at 100 different properties. The experience we had at this one was terrible have tried reaching the district manager or manager and have got no response in over two weeks. I will never stay at another tru because of the way we were treated here. The girls at the desk were great, but the response I got when I gave them a onerating and explained why was be rating and blaming me and very argumentative.

The room was clean and fresh and the air was nice and cool after being out in the heat all day. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. However the mini fridge was not working. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

The desk staff must have all been new. They did not have great customer service skills or knowledge on the billing processes. It ended up being ok. However, the bedding had a horrible sour smell. We almost couldn’t sleep. We just didn’t have the energy to try to get that fixed. It appeared clean, just the awful smell.
