I chose this hotel because it is directly across the road from Yiling Yangtze Bridge. The location is also convenient because it is just a ten-minute walk along the lovely riverfront to the cruise terminal building, plus a Wanda Plaza. My room was large, quiet and warm, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Newly opened hotel in 24 years, all facilities are very new, from Xiao Ai students voice closing windows, playing music, to smart toilets, all reflect wisdom.

The young ladies and brothers in the lobby have a very good service attitude, gentle attitude and smile, help upgrade the room, and extend the check-out time. give a like.

Although the hotel was on the roadside, I was worried about noisy at first and asked to change rooms, but in fact, I closed the window and it did not affect it at all.

The bed in the room was very comfortable and the toiletries smelled good and I liked it very much.

The only downside is that there are no snacks around for the time being, but the takeaway can be reached, making up for this shortcoming.

From the hotel design to the service, the details are full. The spiral staircase is very suitable for fashion blockbusters. My sister and I changed into dresses and took enough photos. We came to Hubei from Taiwan to travel, all the way to Wuhan Lichuan Enshi Yichang for 11 days, with this Yichang Licheng Riverside store to our satisfaction. The appearance of the hotel is stylish, the room is clean and spacious, and the service staff is intimate. I originally planned to stay for one night and have no doubts about staying for three more nights. During the period, although the room card was insensitive and could not enter the room, the counter quickly ruled out the flaws.
Hotel facilities are good. There is a washing dryer on the ninth floor. There is a lounge area in the lobby. Free tea tea bags are available, or a vending machine to buy instant noodles. Needs such as band-aid, earplugs, laundry detergent, etc. are quite intimate. The house has a double breakfast, the dishes are not bad, but the restaurant waiter said that it can only be eaten on the spot with the meal rolls. It is not convenient for people in a hurry or late, which is a pity!

Service of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with  ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself.  Had to navigate myself.  No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same.   Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre.  Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes.   Barring the service of the hotel staff,  the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

Facilities: Most of the room's amenities are voice-controlled, but the commands are tricky. For example, turning on the bathroom light didn't work; I had to ask for the shower light. It took several tries before it worked, which felt rather mechanical.

Environment: The room was decent. Free drinks and instant coffee were provided, and there was a trash can for food containers.

Service: The room was quite helpful. However, when we were leaving to go rafting, we wanted to take our room slippers with us to change into afterward. They were good quality slippers with thick, non-slip soles. We received a call to say the slippers were only free to use and could not be taken away. Taking a pair would cost 40 yuan, and we were asked to return them. The pre-check-in reservation stated free, disposable slippers, but it didn't mention they couldn't be taken away. I was completely baffled. Did they have to be reused by the next guest?

For people on business trips, ～ is to be convenient. There is a night market downstairs at night, and there is a farmer’s market during the day. The room is clean, quiet, the bath water is hot enough, the air conditioner is cool enough, the bed is comfortable enough, you can rest well, eat downstairs, and the price is fair. Can help the company save some business trip fees, Parking is also free ～ Licheng is already the choice!

The environment is very good, the service attitude is good, and the room is clean and sanitary. There is also a treasure box at the front desk, which provides everything you need. The room card was lost in the room, and the room supervisor was very enthusiastic to help me open the door, take the luggage, and press the elevator for me. The service is impeccable, and I will first choose Licheng next time I go on a business trip.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and the experience was fantastic! I had the best sleep ever. I didn’t pay attention on the Internet. I booked a twin room without windows. The front desk lady told me in advance that there was no window, but I really couldn’t accept the windowless room. After the front desk lady enthusiastically communicated, I upgraded to a big bed with windows for free (the hotel standard room seems to be very small), and the problem is very quick. I can see that I have trained the ability to deal with problems temporarily with great care. The overall real shot of the room is taken. You can take a look. The room facilities and equipment are new. The hotel just opened last year rarely can stay in this newly opened hotel. In short, I came to Wuhan Optics Valley Geoscience University. It’s right to choose this one. I highly recommend everyone to live.

This stay was great! The hotel is in an excellent location, with all kinds of food and attractions nearby, making it very convenient to travel. The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept well until dawn. The front desk staff Xiao Lu was warm and thoughtful, checked in quickly, and recommended tour routes. What an unexpected gem on this trip – I was absolutely thrilled with the accommodation! The hotel's location near Hanguangmen is excellent; it's a mere 5-minute walk to the subway station. Plus, having its own parking lot made loading/unloading our things incredibly convenient for drivers.

The lobby was grand and refreshingly cool, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was very spacious with a well-thought-out layout. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, with the shower, toilet, and vanity all in separate areas – making it spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable. The fresh air system was a great touch, allowing for ventilation without needing to open windows, which prevented any mosquito bites. The in-room movie viewing experience was very modern with superb quality, and taking a bath in the tub was incredibly relaxing.

Overall, this was an extremely satisfying trip! Huge thanks to Taibai Fenghe for kindly allowing us a late check-out – it was greatly appreciated! A definite thumbs-up! We will absolutely be back!!!
