離火車站比較近，位置在一片還建房裡麪，大環境稍顯雜亂；酒店工作人員和藹可親熱情主動，讓人很舒適，這一點絕對推薦特別棒；房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，被子用起來特別舒適；八月的利川好一點的酒店普遍超貴，但這家價錢合理，設施環境還很好，如果不介意外部環境，這家非常推薦。

老闆娘很熱情，服務周到
洗澡水很大，很大，很大，很熱
但是建議:冬天民宿被子不厚，建議蓋2床+空調，不然冷
