環境挺好的，旁邊就是河，樓下有超市，有麪包店，有餐館，距離小童遊玩的地方也比較近，早餐豐富，性價比高，唯一的缺點就是看到設施裏面有游泳池，但實際上游泳池沒有開放。

前台説幫我們升級到了普通單間，但從圖片上看就是特價單間。前台和房間服務還不錯，要東西馬上就送到，酒店所處位置很好，旁邊就是中百超市，鬧中取靜。但是，酒店設施有點陳舊，晚上有蚊子，非常影響睡眠。

房間還不錯。洗漱用的東西比較好。不好的地方在於前台非得收按金，不夠靈活，不夠靈活，不夠靈活。退房時也速度慢。

武漢最近太熱了，帶家人過來利川避個暑，因為帶小孩，還是首選交通飲食都方便的市區，這次在利川住了三個酒店，一開始選的兩個4鑽的三百多一晚都不太滿意，最後訂的綠景才兩百多，本來看着3鑽已經不報多大希望了，就想着最後走的時候離火車站近點方便，沒想到這個酒店各方面都比前面那兩個好！交通方便，周圍熱鬧，購物方便，煙火氣息很濃郁，旁邊就是清江，鬧中取靜晚上睡覺也不吵，房間設施也不錯，洗澡熱水量大，空調也比較安靜，電視又大又清楚，工作人員服務態度也很好！前台還送了早餐（攜程訂的是不帶的），早餐也還不錯，之前看評論有説早餐不行，我倒覺得在兩百多的價位已經很好了！比我之前住的那兩個三百多的酒店都要好！就是就餐區域小了點人多了就很擠。真的絕對不是託！在這住了2天都想在這買房長住了！下次來一定還住這裏！

酒店位置好，旁邊就是公園，到利川站幾百米，步行大約15分鐘。酒店設施齊，衞生好，前台小姐姐服務仔細、耐心。
