酒店入住很愉快，前台小姐姐燕燕，茜茜服務很熱情耐心，值得推薦。唯一建議就是帶未成年的孩子玩的假期早餐就不要收費了，或者最多半價收費。因為住酒店本來就是帶上孩子玩的，一個早餐也不給孩子吃有點説不過去。

真正做到了賓至如歸的服務。帶娃出門主打一個安全省心。所有人員的服務意識超出五星酒店。提前溝通了一些需求，到了以後驚喜的發現都安排得妥妥當當。吃得也非常好。出門娃吃飯是個大問題，吃不慣當地口味，民宿的晚飯非常好吃，讓娃念念不忘。大人小孩終於都吃了頓舒心的飯。環境大加分。不在主幹道上，所以可以在周邊安全的散步，有山有水，風景很好。

感覺不像是真的花築奢，院子破破的，房間也很小，馬桶圈上還有黃色的污漬，將近兩千塊着實是不值了

不愧是利川最好的民宿，店長是位吳姓帥哥，還沒到店就打電話來詢問到店時間，由於是淡季我又到得晚，有店長提醒早點預約了晚餐，不然晚上還要抹黑出去吃，基礎房都是一室一廳，水壓布草都OK，兩個台盆，一個非常大的泡池，店長還帶我們去逛了馬鞭草園、老街和人工湖，離騰龍洞30分鐘路程，夏天來度假一定非常棒！再次給吳店長的熱情服務點贊！
