We have stayed at the hotel every summer for several years now simply because they truly are the best in Jesolo. All staff members are exceptionally friendly, super helpful, and genuinely want you to have a great stay. The rooms are cleaned to perfection. The food......aaaaaamazing! The beautiful hotel is just a few steps from the water and has it's own beach section. Anything you need for a perfect vacation time at the sea. : )

Great location, very clean facility, parking, nice pool and bar, good breakfast and superb fine dining experience in the evening, but what makes this hotel really stand out is the professionalism and kindness of the staff who made everything possible to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. They were especially helpful and nice with our kids, like little presents, taking special request at the restaurant, etc. I must have been in more than 200 hotels in my life, but as for the service, they’re surely in the best three I’ve ever experienced. It’s very hard to list anything on the downside, only two minor things: the Type 2 electric car charging didn’t work for us, and in the rooms there are very few outlets. But they provided converters in both cases, so gadget freak people like us could charge up everything easily.

We booked a 4-bed deluxe room and therefore expected four full-size beds so that four people could sleep comfortably. This means that the room should have two double beds or 4 single beds. We found: a double bed with a bunk bed (approx. 185*90) for children. The hotel said that was OK for adults too. They offered us another room that had a pull-out sofa, a little better but still not 4 real beds. The small bed (approx. 170*90), in the room description should say: family room with sofa/bunk bed for children up to 12 years and not 4-bed deluxe room. (There are also no pictures on the hotel website) The reception does not see any problem on their part, but we should have asked, from their point of view it is clear that only one double bed can be expected. For us, this is FRAUDULENT LABELING. For an additional 200.- per night we were offered a double room

Very nice, clean and welcoming hotel. Clean, soundproof and comfortable rooms. Excellent services. Good and plentiful breakfast, very assorted. In front of the pool the breakfast is even better. Friendly and helpful staff with all our requests.

Perfect hotel in the center, but quiet, facing the sea with a bar "the Excobar" of the hotel on the beach under splendid maritime pines that embellish and refresh the park located between the hotel and the beach. Good swimming pool, beach towels for a small fee. The cuisine is also very refined for lunch and/or snacks at the Excobar; the aperitifs are also excellent. Spacious and functional rooms and bathrooms recently renovated. All the staff deserve special praise from the reception, to the dining room, to the bar, to the always very professional, courteous and smiling lifeguards, masterfully guided by "the owner" who supervises with an attentive eye and concrete help. every situation.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage in Jesolo und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig (vorallem das Badezimmer). Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine grosse Auswahl und der Service ist gut. Wenn man das Hotel direkt bucht (nicht über eine Online-Plattform), kann man die Liegen am Strand gratis benutzen. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren das erste mal in diesem Hotel, aber sicher nicht das letzte mal. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind komplett renoviert. Das Hotel und der Pool Bereich sind nicht neu, aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die tollen Pinien spenden viel Schatten. Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Wenn ich was bemängelt müsste, wären das die Pappbecher als Zahnputzbecher, und das der Pool nur Treppen zum Einstieg hat. Aber das wäre schon jammern auf hohen Niveau. 😉

Hebben dit hotel last minute geboekt na een bezoek aan Venetië. We wilden nog een paar dagen van de zon genieten aan het strand. Binnen 40 minuten ben je per taxi in Jesolo. Voor een paar tientjes extra t.o.v. een familiekamer hadden we een Junior Suite geboekt met uitzicht op zee. Prachtige kamer. De inrichting van de kamer is eenvoudig, maar alles ziet er zeer fris en schoon uit. Het zou me niet verbazen als de kamers recent zijn gerenoveerd. Ook de badkamer ziet er perfect uit, geen schimmelvlekken en slijtage te bekennen. De service is top, iedereen is zeer vriendelijk (vooral de badmeester) en probeert te helpen. Niet al het personeel spreekt evengoed Engels, ze proberen dan gebrekkig Duits te praten of blijven bij Italiaans. Blijkbaar kom je met Duits een heel eind hier. De handdoeken worden zelfs twee keer per dag verschoond, dat heb ik nog nooit eerder meegemaakt. Wel handig als je terugkomt van het strand en voor het eten gaat douchen. We hadden met de kinderen half pension geboekt, het avondeten is uitgebreid en smakelijk. Het ontbijt is ook heerlijk met verse vruchtensappen. Kortom, we hebben heerlijke dagen gehad met eigenlijk weinig te klagen. Alles was perfect verzorgd en schoon. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Konden zelfs op dag van vertrek nog een paar uur langer gebruik maken van de kamer.
