I stayed in this hotel in June 2023, it was a couple holiday, we spend a week there. Overall, our experience was good! The hotel is family-run and the atmosphere reflects that. The staff members are incredibly friendly and are happy to assist with requests. The location is also amazing, very central with lots of shops and restaurants around. It's on the first line so many rooms get sea view, even if they're on the side of the building. Each room has an allocated space on the beach so you can always be sure that you'll have a space when you show up, even on the busiest day like Sunday. We had a number of accommondations that we asked for from the hotel and they were attentive and kind to provide them. On the other hand, however, it's hard to qualify this hotel as 4*. It's obvious that there hasn't been a renovation for at least 15+ years, and some interiors feel tired and worn out. Perhaps back in the day it would comfortably qualify at 4* but by modern standards I can only say it's a generous 3*. There wasn't a room service and cleaners sometimes ignored the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, knocking in the morning when the sign was up on the door since the night before. We also booked a double room but the bed was two singles pushed together, which wasn't super comfortable for couples sleeping. Overall we had an enjoyable and plesant time there, but if you're looking for a European-standard 4* hotel, this may not be the pick.
