The great location. Right in the middle of the city. Big underground parking with a very good price. Nice and clean room with a good view. But you can't open the windows and there is no air-conditioner, so its a bit hot in the room.

Very convenient location, friendly service from the counter staff, simple and fast check-in and check-out process, the room is not big but clean, the lobby is very comfortable, and the price is not expensive!

We had booked a room for three adults. Upon arrival, the room was dirty and the bathroom was broken (damaged bathtub). After reporting the problem to reception, we were finally offered two renovated rooms as replacements. Unfortunately, in one of them, the toilet had already been used, which is unacceptable. In addition, there was no electric car charging station available. No commercial gesture was offered to compensate for these inconveniences. Very disappointed by the quality of the service and the lack of consideration. We will not be returning.

Excellent location, the center of the old town, very convenient for shopping. You can take bus No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 from the train station for 2.6 euros. But the hotel does not have a kettle and the window cannot be opened, which is a bit uncomfortable.
