The hotel Is slightly outside the city center, however, it is easy to reach with a tram which stops just a few dozen meters from it and runs very frequently.
The interior of the hotel is clean, modern and functional, although from a 4-star hotel we would expect some more amenities in the bathroom, such as a shower cap or some cotton disks. In our room everything worked well. The only thing is that for two people we only had one small bottle of water in the fridge, which we shared, and one big towel, which was signalled to the reception and another one was promptly brought to the room.
The weirdest (almost unacceptable) thing happened when, upon check-in, we asked the reception if it was possible to eat something at the hotel at that time (about 5pm), the answer was, "you need to contact the hotel's restaurant yourself". Surprised but not discouraged, we called the restaurant from our room, just to learn they were not open until 18:30, which was kind of late for us to start a meal as we have tickets for a show at 20:00 at Le Forum.
It ended all ok, we found a nice place to eat downtown, but I think that, at a 4-star property, this is an immediate job of a concierge or a reception agent to help guests find their dining options instead of sending them to contact the restaurant directly.
Other than that, everything went smoothly, the breakfast was pretty good, the only recommendation is to think of installing another coffee machine, as with the only one available, there were always a few people waiting for their coffee.
