Only I didn't get to stay there!! I'd booked and had confirmation, but when I got there.. it was closed with a sign on the door and phone number. I tried to ring and sort, but no connection. So I rode on and when I found a place to stay, emailed them. They handled it very well, apologised, didn't charge me. So I'd give them a second chance.

We were so impressed by our stay here! The staff were wonderful, unfailingly helpful and so friendly. Our room was extremely comfortable, everything spotlessly clean (shower was amazing!). Breakfast was excellent. We brought our car, (there's free off-street parking). Ramales itself is a great spot for hikers, close to caves, rock-climbing and hiking trails, but an hour's drive to Bilbao and Santander for day-trips, 15 minutes to the beaches of Laredo. The surrounding area is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento respecto a nuestra estancia, x un tema familiar llegamos sin reserva previa, necesitábamos una habitación adaptada para silla de ruedas y todo fueron facilidades, el trato de todo el equipo inmejorable, super cercano. camas super cómodas, todo muy limpio, no me quiero olvidar del desayuno todo super cuidado al detalle y riquísimo, sin duda será nuestro hotel de referencia en Ramales. Gracias equipo 💋

Inmejorable, trato excelente, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, habitaciones muy limpias, cama cómoda, muy buena ubicación para poder desplazarte por la zona, el desayuno completo y muy rico, todo estupendo, sin duda volveremos y es un sitio para recomendar!! El hotel está muy bien situado en el pueblo y aunque está junto a la carretera principal apenas se nota el ruido porque está bastante bien insonorizado. La habitación está muy limpia y tiene un armario muy amplio para guardar la ropa. La ducha del baño es fabulosa y había incluso ventana en el. Todo el mobiliario es muy nuevo y la cama es muy cómoda. La relación calidad precio del hotel me parece muy buena y es un sitio donde volver. El aparcamiento es fácil en calles cercanas o en la trasera del edificio, de manera gratuita. El desayuno ofrece café y zumo natural, bollería de la zona, fruta variada…y es una buena opción hacerlo en el hotel aunque cerca también hay varios bares donde poder desayunar si te apetece hacerlo fuera. La atención de varias mujeres con las que coincidimos durante la estancia fue muy buena , el personal es súper agradable y facilitan todo , da gusto.

Es uno de los mejores sitio de Cantabria, sin duda la amabilidad del personal y la comodidad de las habitaciones, un lujo !!! El desayuno es bastante completo, después de varias veces alojándonos aquí lo recomiendo

Estancia EXCEPCIONAL en todos los sentidos. Ubicación céntrica, facilidad de aparcamiento, cerca de todos los lugares que merece la pena visitar en la zona. Magníficas vistas, mobiliario moderno, funcional, confortable, muy a destacar la limpieza de las habitaciones, desayuno completo. Pero por encima de todo, la amabilidad, disponibilidad y excelencia en el trato de las dos recepcionistas. Extraordinariamente agradecidos de que nos hayan hecho sentir tan bien y preocupadas por nuestras necesidades. Absolutamente recomendable. Ramales y su entorno bien merece repetir la visita, y sin duda regresaremos a éste hotel. Muchas gracias
