Fuimos en familia. El hotel necesita una reforma en habitaciones. Es un hotel años 90 con moqueta en toda la habitación. Limpieza bien. En cuanto al personal correcto. El desayuno es muy pobre, máquina de distintos cafés, dos botes de cereales, pan de molde y barra de pan para tostar si deseas, poca bollería, en caliente huevos fritos y bacon y en una mesa embutido básico, tortilla de patata y yogures. La cena, en cambio, muy buena. Según nuestra opinión, no es un 4 estrellas.

Las habitaciones mal con una moqueta sucia y que huele como a muerto, las bañeras no funcionan porque tiene hidromasaje y no funciona no cierra el tapón del agua de la bañera para poner darte un baño aunque sea, el spa no es spa es una jacuzzi de mierda y te siendo 4 huéspedes no te dejan meterte a las 20 de la tarde me parece un mal trato al cliente si habría muchas clientela lo entendería pero siendo 4 en el hotel me parece de muy mal trato por eso y por todo lo demás que a pasado yo para mí no volvería en la vida ni se lo recomiendo a nadie

un verdadero desastre, nos dan una habitación duplex, con la cama arriba(acesso por unas escaleras súper empinadas ) y todo lo demás abajo, tengo el menisco roto, imagínate subir y bajar por la noche , para ir al servicio, fatal, no era lo que habíamos contratado, cuando nos la dieron, y la vimos, evidentemente fuimos a camboarla( porque repito que no era lo que habíamos contratado) y bueno, ni caso, que no había más habitaciones libres , no era mi problema que no le hubieran dado la habitación contratada por mí a otra persona.4 estrellas? jajajaja me parto, como mucho tiene una! se parece al hotel de la película del resplandor . el jacussi olvídate no vas a pillarlo nunca! siempre está ocupado.El personal bastante antipático en líneas general, vamos no me ha gustado nada de nada, no volveré nunca más

Hemos pasado una noche en este Hotel, y con una ha sido más que suficiente lo Sra ver lo mediocre q es., un Hotel catalogado de cuatro estrellas que le sobran las cuatro… lo único que tiene de cuatro es el precio 184,50€ una habitación doble con desayuno un día de entre semana . Necesitaba una reforma integral, sucio y descuidado. El colofón lo puso el desayuno, una araña enorme paseándose por la mesa de los embutidos… al comentarle a la camarera, hace caso a mí y dice que a ella le dan miedo las arañas…una pena total de sitio. No volveremos y tampoco lo recomendamos.

El hotel necesita una reforma. Ese puede ser el resumen. Estuvimos en una habitación duplex, con cama de matrimonio en la parte superior y un sofá cama que se convertía en cama para los niños. No es que estuviéramos mal, estaba limpio, que es lo importante, pero el hotel no invitaba al relax. La omnipresente moqueta, dentro y fuera de la habitación le resta mucho, así como el baño muy oscuro y necesitado de reforma. Fuimos con media pensión, por lo que puedo destacar que la cena estaba bien.Tres primeros y tres segundos a elegir junto con el postre. El desayuno no nos gustó tanto. No nos pareció un bufet cuidado, muy básico. La piscina estaba limpia si bien a cada paso pisabas gresites sueltos. En conclusión, correcto pero con necesidad de reforma, máxime para el precio de hotel de cuatro estrellas en el mes de agosto.

Hotel muy bien situado en el centro de Isla, instalaciones un poco anticuadas pero todo muy limpio. Destacar la amabilidad del recepcionista q nos atendió y del personal de cafetería.Muy bien ubicado para recorrer los alrededores de Santander.Recomendable coger media pensión con cena,menú muy bueno.

El Hotel en relación calidad, precio es excepcional Y se nota que las instalaciones necesitan una reforma y tienen alguna carencia Los duplex necesitan pequeñas reformas, las escaleras, el sofá-cama, pero en general ha sido muy buena la estancia Nombro las escaleras porque Se oía mucho cuando subíamos las escaleras, o cuando alguno de al lado las subía o las bajaba Nosotros escogimos media pensión le voy a decir que el desayuno y la cena está muy bien La piscina necesita un poco de reforma Esta es la segunda vez que íbamos, y sin duda repetiríamos si fuéramos de nuevo a Isla

Hacia muchos años que habíamos estado y la experiencia ha merecido la pena. Trato, limpieza y a resaltar en especial la cocina, hemos cenado y desayunado de maravilla. Los camareros-as muy simpáticos. La ubicación muy buena. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.
