The B&B is in Lierna. If you are coming from Bellagio, you should check the boat schedule. There is a boat at 5:10 pm. It's quite convenient to take the train. The station is right at the door, and it only takes two or three minutes to walk there. The B&B overall is a very exquisite house, very beautiful, but the specific stay experience also depends on the mood of the host... The breakfast is very daily and warm!
