A very disappointing trip. From the hotel's attitude during check-in to the extra deposit I was asked to pay, I felt this hotel was unsafe. We originally planned to stay for 2 nights, but we stayed for only one and left. This is a hotel I will never go to again.

This is the first time I have seen such a bad hotel. I was infected with Tylenol virus and had stomach cramps early in the morning and couldn't go out. I informed in advance and gave a doctor's certificate that I couldn't go out because the virus is very contagious. Then I notified Ctrip to cancel the application. There was also an emergency. This hotel is directly cooperated with Ctrip. This emergency of Ctrip is also a fictitious false propaganda. Generally, German law stipulates that this kind of force majeure can be applied for because of emergencies. Generally, it can be cancelled. But this matter has been rejected by Ctrip ❌ It is really false propaganda. I am also extremely disappointed with Ctrip's practices and services. Next time, I will never use Ctrip again. The occupancy rate of this hotel and Ctrip's booking rate are so poor. The room cannot be adjusted to other customers at all. I really can't understand it.

Great, charming castle hotel directly on the Moselle. Room upgrade at no extra charge with a view of the Moselle 👍 Breakfast from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., so no rush when getting up. Courteous service, especially at reception. Check-out at 11 a.m. but you can use the wellness area until 10 p.m. and get a basket with a bathrobe and slippers. Would happily go back ✌️
