We had an amazing stay at Wuhua. The room itself was clean with a comfortable bed, and hqd more than enough toiletries. What really made this experience top notch was the hosts’ hospitality. They were welcoming, friendly and helpful since day one. We have been to some 5 star hotels but their level of hospitality exceeds those of 5 star nature.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist, even helping transport luggage to the room. The location was convenient, and we were offered fresh coconut water, which was a nice touch. A perfect choice for a relaxing stay!

Not at all as seen on the pictures. These must have been taken a long time ago. Nothing in the room seemed to be working. The shower head was broken, the tub could not draw hot water, the sink was loose, half of the lights could turn on, no floor heating as decribed on trip, no pick-up from airport as written on trip. We found old chips, dust and shoes under the sofa and bed. Construction were going on next door making noise all day. Pool was disgusting with trash and old toiletpaper in it. People were smoking inside and there was never clean in the common areas.

A place to avoid! Don't understand where the good rating came from. This place is really run down (see photos) and cleaning quite bad. But the service is even worse! On Sunday there was nobody at the reception so we were never officially checked-in. Two out of three key cards didn't work in the evening and there was no way to contact anyone as they don't pick up any of the phones provided. Finally had to go via Trip.com to get connected on WeChat. Really awful experience. No working Internet either. The master key just lies at the reception desk so anyone can enter your room anytime. The location is not terrible, but prepare for a difficult trek if you have baggages. Stay away, it is really one of the worst experiences I encountered in a hotel.

There was quite less problems. Just WiFi wasn’t working all the time. The cleanness and noise were no problem.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful hotel in Lijiang, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the incredibly friendly staff made me feel welcome. They were attentive to all my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was stunning—clean, bright, and well-maintained. The water pressure in the shower was just right, making for a refreshing experience. During check-in, I was offered tea and given a lot of interesting information about the area. The staff also provided excellent recommendations on where to eat and what to do, which added greatly to my enjoyment of the trip. If I ever return to Lijiang, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel services was amazing!! The hotel staff was extremely friendly, and very helpful with everything. He even help find many local tour in the city at the local price which I wouldn’t be able to find it myself. And the room is quite spacious. 💯💯💯😇

The staff were so friendly and invited us to have tea and chat. The room was cosy and warm. When we booked the hotel, we didn’t realise it is inside the Lijiang ancient village, but the staff helped us arrange for our luggage to be picked up from the nearest car park which is 10 mins away. Our luggage was then delivered to the hotel by a big pull cart, otherwise we would be dragging our suitcases on cobblestones for 15 mins! We were given a cover for the bath tub but because of the way the bath tub is designed and the water tap, the bath cover could not be used.

A rundown facility requires an upgrade. Wooden furniture worn out, door to closet unable to close properly etc. Common areas are messy and dirty. Other than that,

Located right in the middle of the ancient city which meant requiring to walk when getting out of the ancient city. Encountered an incident where the water stopped during shower, as it was close to winter time, definitely not a warm experience.

Really enjoyed the location of the hotel. Staff were attentive and helpful!
