The location is superb and we love the room and hospitality of the staffs. We were well taken care by the crew and the room is impeccable - hygiene, Dyson hair dryer, Dyson purifier, massive bed, clean sheets, full amenities, the perfect location within the old town and away from the noises, lovely tea break, and the ever helpful crew. Highly recommend this guesthouse 👍🏻

Good location and near Lijiang old town. Clean and spacious room. The hotel staff is very approachable and give us a lot of tip and recommendations to navigate in Lijiang. Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was very well located, minutes walk to the ancient town and cars drop-off at the hotel or a 5 min walk to the main road. Breakfast is buffet style, the spread is good and deliciously prepared by the chef. The hotel itself is new and beautifully designed. The room is huge, well furnished and comfortable. The staff in-charge provided a good brief on the attractions in the old town and advices on day trips from town. Overall, the services rendered by all staff were on point and good. We had a very relaxing stay at the hotel, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The place is perfect in both its hardware and customer service. Their service is very intricate yet not intrusive. My mother and I absolutely enjoyed our time there, and will definitely stay here again should we visit Yunnan again

We had an enjoyable 3-night stay at La Maison. The place is as beautiful in real life as it is in pictures. Besides the room itself - which was well-equipped - the stay came with many included perks e.g., pick up and drop-off, good breakfast, daily afternoon tea, tea-cake making experience at a century-old tea house. We particularly enjoyed the hospitality of 大山 （Da4 Shan1), who went above and beyond to help us with our questions, bookings, and needs. The other staff, especially the breakfast staff, were very friendly too. We’ll greatly miss this hotel and highly recommend it to all!

We had such a great stay at this hotel in Lijiang! The place itself is really pretty and well-kept, right in the center of town so it was super easy to get around. What made the trip even better was the amazing service from 阿柳. He took care of everything and stayed in constant contact with us on WeChat. He was always so quick to reply whenever we needed help. One of the highlights was how thoughtful he was when we set off extra early for our Tiger Leaping Gorge hike — he arranged breakfast for us before we left, which was such a nice touch. Little things like that made a huge difference. He also arranged for us to leave our luggages at the hotel for the hike. Overall, it felt like we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Great location, beautiful hotel, and service that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I’m very grateful to have stayed here for the past three days. 大山 and his team were incredibly helpful in every aspect – from giving great advice on Pu’er tea buying to arranging transport to and from the train station. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. We were so touched that they even provided airport transfers – it was completely unexpected and a huge help! They offered incredibly delicious flower cakes, far better than any we tasted in the Old Town 😋. Afternoon tea and breakfast were also included. A major highlight was the room itself, which was excellent, and they even proactively upgraded our room type. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and friendly, treating us like old friends. We had some lovely chats, which made for a truly warm and memorable experience. We'll definitely be back to stay here when we visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain again in winter! 🥰🥰

We had such an incredible experience with this hotel! Location-wise, it’s right on the fringe of the old town—close enough to walk (under 5 minutes to the main streets) but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet without the noise or crowds. Plus, being near the main road made getting a taxi super easy and convenient whenever we needed one. As for the room, every detail is beautifully designed, with a modern and clean aesthetic. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service, and I would give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Ah Liu and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and seamless. Communication via WeChat was near-instantaneous (average response time under a minute 😂), which made planning and asking questions super convenient. In particular, we had to leave early one morning for our hike at the Tiger Leaping Gorge, and they accommodated our schedule by preparing fresh coffee and breakfast for us before their usual breakfast hours. This kind of hospitality is rare, and it made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where the service is truly next level.
